The quality is the worst you can imagine, the "clover bracelet" looks from like it from ALI!!! This shop should be closed

I ordered a bracelet in March as a gift. Cornel and Rosy made an error with the delivery address and I didnt receive it. They sent out a replacement which was a different bracelet, as this one was out of stock (seems strange as there hasnt been a time when it has not been available on the website). The replacement was a'mini' version and though looked nice, the catch was also mini and completely unuseable, even for small fingers. I have been trying to return the item since April and have had no responses from Cornel & Rosy. I am now having to deal with it through Klarna, who are also getting no response. Will definitely not be using this site again, and would not recommend. Also, tried putting a review on their website and have to go through a secondary website to 'prove' it is real, they are requesting personal info which I wont be giving so review wont be posted. I had checked before ordering and thought it to be a small UK company, clearly that is also not true.

Please don’t buy from here. Horrific item that arrived 5 weeks later than advertised on the website and advertised UK jewellery but is from china. Is absolutely AWFUL. Communication is soo poor and the sale prices on their site are a lie as are their reviews. Please save your time money and sanity trying to buy/ return or even communicate with them.

The bag has enormous company branding stamped on the bottom and this looks horrible. They insist on an email before any return details are provided and then ignore your emails, so currently no idea how to return and no refund!!!

As an update the bag has arrived today from China! I would still not use or recommend the company. Be aware!

Ordered a bracelet which did arrive however the quality was terrible. It looked so cheap. I tried to arrange to return it but they just completely ignored my request. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Don't buy from this company.
I ordered a bracelet from them which was received quite quickly...BUT.. It was a cheap and nasty piece like something you would get in a Christmas cracker.
I returned it at my expense an have never received a refund , nor any communication.

—-1* item was stated as delivered by Evri at 0520 in the morning, photo evidence a blank picture. Evri been good at chasing up but no luck so far, Zero communication from company now 14 days later, looks like a scam. Now face long delay getting money back from credit card and no Christmas gift for my friend ☹️☹️☹️

Very poor communication, I messaged before purchasing a bracelet asking if it came with a gift box and got no response. I ordered anyway to find it didn't come with a gift box just a small velvet pouch and the bracelet was in a small plastic bag!! I have messages 3 times now requesting a returns label and am getting no response would definitely not recommend dealing with these people

My mum bought some earrings, they arrived backless, boxless and are not fit for purpose. She contacted them to return them and still has had no response. I would not pay any attention to the positive reviews- they were probably written by the company
