Written by the company

Cornelius Estates is a San Diego-based real estate firm focused on helping clients build long-term wealth through both residential and multifamily investments. While we assist homeowners in buying and selling primary residences, our core specialization is in multifamily properties and development opportunities throughout San Diego. What sets us apart is a deeper, numbers-driven approach to real estate. With a background in construction engineering and hands-on experience in development, we understand how to evaluate properties beyond surface-level comps. Whether it’s identifying value-add opportunities, analyzing zoning and density potential, or underwriting new construction projects, we approach every deal with an investor and developer mindset. Being native to San Diego, we bring a strong understanding of local neighborhoods, zoning regulations, and market trends that directly impact property value and future potential. From small residential purchases to larger multifamily and land development deals, our goal is to help clients make informed decisions and capitalize on opportunities others might overlook.

Worked with Cornelius Estates to sell…

Worked with Cornelius Estates to sell my condo and then roll that into a triplex, and the whole process was way smoother than I expected. He helped me think through the numbers on the house hack and made sure it actually made sense, not just on paper.
The condo sale went quickly, and he did a good job positioning it to get solid interest. On the triplex side, he was really helpful walking me through what to look for and what to avoid.
Super easy to work with, always responsive, and just gives you straight answers. Definitely someone you want in your corner if you’re trying to get into multifamily.
