Excellent and easy service to use - great care in delivery of goods

Great communication, kept me updated throughout the process. I’m thrilled with my order, the photos captured the colours and details beautifully but it is even more impressive in person. The packaging was very secure and inside again, so much attention to detail and presentation.

Having never bought jewellery online before I was a little worried about doing so. However, everything was perfect with frequent emails from the company keeping me informed of timescales, delivery time. The registered package arrived securely wrapped and was nicely wrapped under the outer layers. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Danny was great, I ordered on Sunday evening and ring was delivered by 1pm Tuesday. Beautifully gift wrapped and packaged very well. My wife loves her new antique ring.
