Been looking after my XC60 for several years now. From annual service to cam belt ect; A completely honest and reliable volvo garage with 1st class volvo mechanics on the fylde coast and beyond.
Not impressed at all, spoke to two of the male salesmen; both quite rude, not interested and completely unhelpful. I have no idea how they sell anything with the attitude they seem to have.
Called up about a vehicle they had for sale and asked about PX. Salesman took my details and said he would call me back; he didn't call back. The next day I sold my vehicle so was now in position to buy without PX and called back to make a purchase. Since I had sold my vehicle I had no way of getting to them so asked for a video walk through and if they could deliver. "We don't deliver!" came the reply. No attempt to work something and just all too much trouble for them to even discuss options. I came off the phone thinking "What was his problem?". I wouldn't buy from these guys due to the Customer service on both calls. Really poor.
Great friendly service. Used them for servicing for years. They know what they are doing & talking about which is rare to find in a company these days! Decent prices also
