no tracking info; no replies to emails; phone number doesn't connect
I ordered a gift for my son and received an email advising the Royal Mail delivery tracking number. The RM website does not recognise the tracking number. I emailed Cornerstone each day asking for accurate tracking info - no reply. I called their telephone number. The phone number listed does not work. I offered to go to their office to pick up my order (turns out they are not that out of my way). No reply. Terrible experience.
Update: package actually did arrive. Thank goodness I was home. Every indication was order was well and truly lost.
Second chance
Stupidity, I gave these another chance after cancelling a subscription due to various issues. I ordered some razors and 10 days later still no sign of them, or any response to me chasing them. Poor service.

Be very careful looking at and adding products to your basket online. I had a previous subscription that was cancelled years ago but recently as soon as I put items in my basket the site automatically placed the order, charged my bank account and the order was processed. I had a discount code to use but the payment and/or address page never appeared. I can only presume I was charged from my previous band details - feel at bit scammed tbh. Cornerstone saying can’t cancel.

I am a return customer. I had purchased enough blades to last me for 3 years, bizarre yeah!
I see the reviews are bad about customer service and no one cares to answer back on trusted pilot.
Like most companies Cornerstone also probably changed ownership or got AI staff to save on overheads.
But glad to hear the reviews that the blades are still good.
Customer Service Diabolical
I have been using there products for a long time now and never had a problem untill now.If I could give them 0 stars I would.Although the problem was not totally there problem but there excuses were feeble and not acceptable,and most certainly need to sort there customer service and ways to contact them.I made a £20 order late Sunday evening but once confirmed some 3 mins later realised just moved got old address on,so I changed this straight away.Knowing would not be answered till Monday start of new week.I received a text late Monday to say post office will deliver,but of course they didn't won't to know either.What I did was send email explaining I had emailed them straight after so why have you not changed address excuse after excuse offered 50 per cent discount on new order as I will be unable to retrieve my parcel.Several emails later still saying all my fault so yet another customer left as I see reviews not good at all see why now.
Use by date 3 months before receipt..for a consumable!
Been a subscriber for several years. Ordered Multivitamins. Received 2 days ago...but on checking i see they were out of date on the 11/24..3 months ago. Why are Cornerstone sending out products past their use by date? I cant be the only one - best check any products you might get from them..i suspect they just pump out the stock and hope we dont notice...not good idea where consumables are concerned.
Quality product
I got the razor set as a gift to my son. It arrived timely and the product is a good quality. Nicely packaged,too. So far so good!
Quality shave
I don't usually write reviews but the quality of the shave with my Cornerstone razor is so good I had to put something here. Its like running a knife through butter! And the blades last about 2 weeks each (I shave daily) which is much better than my previous brand. The shaving cream is excellent too. Will definitely be keeping my subscription.
Great blades, great customer service!
Customer service is always great, always quick to reply and they are as accommodating as possible and helped me. I bought a gift set for my partner's birthday and was really pleased when it came, everything was gift wrapped and looked very luxury. My partner has been really happy with the blades and I really liked that they offered a free personalisation on the handle where most companies would charge you an extra cost.

Top quality products for 7 years!
Quick delivery, great customer service and excellent products, and that hasn't changed in the last 7 years I've been a customer. Not sure what people are saying about the blades having gone down hill - feels like it might be a competitor trying to do some negative publicity or something. I've always found it to be the best shave out there, and it would take a LOT for me to change. Keep it up guys.
Delivery and contact
Product still not arrived even though Cornerstone sent email saying handed over to Royal mail 6 days ago and should be sent by 48 hr delivery. Tried contacting Cornerstone regarding this but contact us tab just does not work. Shame, the razor and blades are the best ever but trying to contact them is a nightmare.

I have been a subscriber since the beginning of cornerstone when they bought out another company and the blades were excellent. They have recently changed their blades and they are rubbish.
I complained and they sent me another handle but it’s the blades.
I have just cut my head open with my morning shave which has delayed my morning by 1 hour.
Great product and great customer service
I am not one to leave reviews generally but the customer service has been phenomenal with CornerStone.
I always liked their products and dropped an email regarding a small issue. I was really impressed with the speed of resolution as well as with the delivery of the replacement product.
The replacement was customised (as my original request from 3 years back) and I did not even remind them of it.

Took my money and still not received my razors
Razors are amazing. Unfortunately they took money for more razors on their subscription, should take a max of 7 working days but they've not shown up after 3 weeks. I've had to buy razors now as I have none relying on this company. There is no way to contact them, I did find something on their website saying I could get a free razor shipment sent out which I did and it said I'd receive a confirmation email, none has been received and yes I've checked the junk folder. As far as I'm concerned taking money and not delivering is theft. There is zero way of tracking their packages either.

Order has not arrived
Order has not arrived, been 3 weeks. Although their emails to me have been very polite they have still failed to resolve the issue.
Meanwhile I have had to buy alternative products. So they have lost business and a customer.

Adrian and Diana packed up various items for storage very efficiently and were clear and helpful. Thank you for making it easy.
