All of the staff were efficient and punctual

It was very misleading. On the sales end of things, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Had a fantastic experience with Bhav - he gave us all the information and quotes we needed and was very understanding. We booked the service - paid £2800. Only for thing to all be dumped carelessly in one room, we're still unpacking things and we keep finding broken things that their insurance is supposed to cover but they haven't responded to my feedback and review of the service. And to top it all off, the removal men STOLE MY HUSBANDS WEDDING RING!!! We have let the police know one of your workers stole from is as well. So overall, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They cannot be trusted, will steal from you, break your things and take you for a lot of money.

Turned up on time, helped with packing. Quick, efficient loading and unloading plus pleasant and polite. Made a stressful day easier. Thank you.

From the speed of response to my online enquiry through to booking my move was all very easy and pleasant. Bhav contacted me to do the video survey and made it all very simple. He gave me all the information I needed and explained exactly what Cornerstone could do to make my move go well. The quote he gave me was clear and easy to understand and he took the time to explain the difference between the options. He gave good advice on how to prepare for the move and was just very pleasant to deal with. I especially liked that I didn’t have to download an app or do anything really except answer my phone and walk it around my house. All admin was sent over very speedily. Happy to highly recommend this far and looking forward to the actual move without the worry of all the physical logistics. Thanks very much.

Where do I start?… Ok the positives they turned up 20 minutes early, had two vans, the guys worked very carefully and swiftly.
Negative’s…..they completely underestimated the size of the vans and said they weren’t told about the garden furniture or outside pots. (Not the fault of the guys loading). They left us with 6 large boxes of stuff, hoover, garden furniture and pots which we had to move into a neighbours garden. Fortunately a family member turned up with a van to help. This delayed us by 45 minutes getting to the new property. At the other end despite all the boxes being labeled nothing was put where it should be and they were on a mission to get everything off as quick as possible. Hardly anything was put upstairs except 2 beds. My husband and I were left in a complete mess to lift heavy boxes upstairs, even our settee was put on its side so they could stack in more.
On further inspection my brand new sound system in its box is missing don’t suppose I will ever see it again!!
Also constant badgering for payment on moving day before they’d even finished the job which then transpired to be more than the FaceTime quote and due to an email address error on their part we weren’t informed of the inflated price.
Regrettably we paid them in full for this shocking service.
We wish we’d hired two large vans and done it ourselves.

The process was very straightforward. The packaging arrived in plenty of time. The 2 removers turned up on time and worked hard. They took care not to make a mess at the new house and re assembled my furniture much quicker than I could! I would recommend them.
