I am yet to receive the watch that I paid for on April 7th. I have been given all day delivery slots for April 13, 14, 19, 25, 28 & 29 - every time I go onto the UPS tracker page it says that the delivery failed and yet we have waited in on all those occasions and have a camera doorbell which shows no one comes near the house or attempts any delivery. I am very worried the whole thing is a scam. I emailed Corniche on the 27th and was told I owed £73 duty - which I duly paid to UPS - still no watch. I am getting very anxious that I’m throwing good money after bad. I have just read that another customer failed to receive his watch due to a lack of paperwork from Corniche - could this be the issue with my watch (supposed to be a 21st birthday present, now a fortnight late).

Anxiety inducing experience from Corniche. The watch that never left the port. ‘Only 3-5 day delivery time’ is a poor claim from Corniche. Email response was terrible (typically 3 day response time) and the urgency to deal with my concerns was next to non existent. I felt as though I was trying to convince Corniche/Oliver to send me a watch I’d paid for. After two failed attempts from Corniche to deliver the watch (weeks and weeks!), I had no choice but to ask for my money back. Money took another 3 weeks to return to my account (per terms and conditions of returning an item I never received). I must admit that at no point did I feel like the customer, and I actually debated as to whether or not I would receive my refund due to Corniche’ lack of professionalism. Overall, bitterly disappointed as the watches on the forefront look great. I would urge others to shop elsewhere, unless of course you enjoy the anxiety of paying a large sum of money for something that isn’t a sure deal. Don’t make the mistake I made and please consider this review. The company is a million miles away from what you would expect from a reputable trader, and completely out of touch with customer service. Spend your money on a company that values its customers instead. It really isn’t worth the hassle.

Update: Since this review was created, Corniche contacted myself and offered a complimentary watch case (ironic, huh) to remove the review. I have also since had an invoice billed to my address from UPS regarding fees due on the package that Corniche failed to deliver. UPS stated that the parcel was not delivered due to a missing commercial invoice. I am now being asked to pay for the mistakes made on Corniche’s behalf. A true lack of responsibility.

Poor quality watches trying to pose as something more. For anyone considering a Corniche watch, or similar Instagram market ploys with fancy knock-off design and cheap materials,I suggest you either save up and try to get the watch you really want or that you look for an established brand that actually makes quality watches to (relatively) cheaper prices. Corniche is like buying an LV handbag at the street market downtown.

I will eco what the previous review said. I too purchased a replacement watch strap for €40. That was well over 8 weeks ago. I've sent multiple emails back and forth to resolve the matter, which has taken a lot of my time to resolve and I still do not have the item I purchased. They have however, promised to send a replacement as it looks like the item has got lost in the post (not their fault).

I purchased a replacement watch strap for €40, and used the ‘complimentary’ delivery method. After one month and a couple of emails I realised it wasn’t going to be delivered.
I emailed customer service about this and they were very prompt in sending me another strap (expedited). Unfortunately it was the wrong strap, but I am in the process of getting another one sent out.
Overall a quite tedious process, a bit concerning that if you don’t pay for shipping (quite expensive) you may not receive the delivery. But otherwise they were very good with their communication and excellent with sending me another strap immediately. Rating is average overall, but customer service was great.

I have the Heritage 40 rose gold with black diale, the other one with the white dial and the Heritage 40 C1 with the blue and silver dial.

For the price you're paying they are a great option for a luxury watch, at first glance you cant even know if they're automatic or quartz. They have a Miyota 2025 quartz movement, one of the best low price for a quartz movement.

Im so happy with them and totally recommend them If your are looking for a luxury watch without spending a lot of money.

1 year and 2 months ago, I purchased a beautiful Corniche LE Heritage 40 for $425. Corniche publicly advertises their watches as both water-resistant and waterproof up to 5ATM.

Last week, I purchased a nylon band so I could wear my Corniche in the water. I jumped in a salt water pool, swam for a little while and now my "waterproof" Corniche is filled with salt water. I reached out to the Corniche team explaining this malfunction and they have been very clear about not being able to replace the watch. They are claiming that the malfunction is in the screws being loosened over time but nowhere on their website or FAQ do they mention this as a possible threat--they say it is waterproof. On their website, Corniche recommends against jumping in water with the watch on because of the leather band and states no further reasoning. This is a very clear malfunction of the watch. --Wish I could upload a photo of the damaged watch for you to see here.

I am extremely disappointed that a company and product that I believed in and admired seemingly sees no value in their consumer base. I was hoping that in the future I would not have only one Corniche watch, but a collection of Corniche watches. After this experience, I don't believe I will be doing any such thing.

My son wouldnt stop talking about how he wanted a Corniche watch for his birthday last October so I bought him one. It came in a timely matter and in a beautiful box but once he opened it, him & myself were quite disappointed with the quality of the watch. The pictures on social media make it look like this extravagant watch and for the price you pay, you think you're going to get a high quality watch but it really isnt. the strap isnt real leather, and it doesnt strap like a regular watch, it clips on with this clasp. I'd never buy one again nor recommend anyone to buy one. You're better off with a Daniel Wellington.
