V v v bad threads all came out !!!

Sadly this company has gone v v down hill , they use to be so good hense why I ordered again but the embroidered items all the thread was puckered on the arm then the logo actually came away all the threads fell out ! And then the T-shirts ripped under arm pits in all sizes small /meduim
And large ! I had so much work wear ordered total waste of money not offer d a refund very very disappointing

Ordered an embroidered hat silk

Ordered an embroidered hat silk. It took weeks to come, and then only after multiple emails (which they did answer and respond to thankfully). When I eventually got the product, it was very average, especially for the price. I do not recommend, but somewhere else.

Items not received, avoid. Dont respond to emails. No contact number

Items not received. Not responding to emails except when i email to request the order is cancelled to which i then received an email within minutes to say order could not be cancelled. But then they have not responded since. Just want a refund so that i can purchase elsewhere now. Will start the claim bacj through card now.

If I could give this company a minus…

If I could give this company a minus star I would! Absolutely terrible customer service. We spent £500 with Cornish Equestrian. They sent us very unclear size charts to which we asked to speak to someone on the phone which they refused to do. The ladies size chart had both dress sizing and SML sizing so we thought that was what we had ordered from for me ladies L or 14. We ended up with unisex sizes that were supposed to be the equivalent size but were huge. The jackets were huge and were unwearable to ride in so not for for purpose. We tried to send it back but she refused and said we would have to spend more money on clothing to rectify it. Avoid this company at all costs if you are ordering bulk for multiple people. The lady basically said it was all our fault for size ordering even though we clearly asked for ladies but needed to speak to someone in the email exchange! We tried reasoning with her but she was cleary wanting to blame us for her lack of communication, clarity and customer service. Do not waste your money with them!

An embroidery company that has no artist flair

I ordered a personalised embroidered yard jacket using one of their templates with the understanding from their website that the layout couldn't be changed but the colours could, on the 20th of February 2022. I appreciate that they have set patterns to work to so I added precise details of my horses' description with the hopes that they could adapt where possible AND made very clear to contact me if that had ANY queries or questions. I even sent a message via Facebook to confirm that I was happy for them to contact me if there was any query/concern about my request. After sometime I contacted them via Facebook (since no other option seems to work) on the 04th of March 2022 to see how my order was processing - I got an almost immediate reply and they said they could send over the tracking details. NO details were forthcoming. I received my order on the 09th of March 2022, quite prompt for a personalised item HOWEVER the embroidery was of a black horse on a navy jacket. There was no outline of a different colour to highlight the figure of the horse, let along any detail that I had asked for! SO now I have this hardly visible embroidered horse on a jacket. I contacted them via Facebook on the 09th of March 2022 to explain why I was unhappy. They said that they couldn't do the outline, they couldn't add the white markings where described. I asked them why no one had contacted me to explain this - THEY DID NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION!! I asked why they couldn't just of added an outline to separate the horse design from the main jacket - their reply:
"unfortunately adding outlines ect isn't something that can be added to a stock design as its not part of the design.
I am happy to do the design on a bright colour jacket for you at a much cheaper price?"
Are you kidding me? I would think someone in the embroidery service would have some form of artist flair let alone common sense.
I've been in contact with a local company to me and they have stated it is poor workmanship not to mention seriously bad customer customer to complete an embroidery without a draft being shown to the customer before proceeding. I now have to spend more money to correct their shoddy work.
I have given two stars simply because I received the jacket and they got the embroidered names correct.
WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN. They clearly only want big orders from companies.
JUST A THOUGHT.... why can't you leave reviews for this company on the main sites. It's not an option on Facebook, it's not an option of Google.... why??? Hmmm... interesting.
