I really wanted to love this shampoo and conditioner and I understand how hard running a small business is yet I feel that the claims made about the products are over inflated. Really, products should live up to what they claim they do or better still, over deliver. Bought the products as my hair has been shedding so much and I wanted to help slow it down. Given I've only used the product for a month however and no signs of change yet, it leaves my hair like straw and completely ruins my curls. The pump with the alu bottles is fiddly and needs many, many pumps to get a reasonable amount out. I went back to a natural shampoo that is a bit more expensive and with first use, it already slowed down my shedding. Not to say this won't help others but for thick, type 2 curls with shedding, my hair was just left dull and lifeless.

I have purchased shampoo, conditioner and other hair and face products and I’m really happy with them all.

I have always spent generously on night creams and daycare cream for my face… I ordered my usal shampoo conditioner duo and received a free gift of Facial Oil. I tried it… loved it… tried it again… and now im using this day and night as my skin is glowing. I also love the experience of applying it as it feels and smells so good its cathartic…last week I ordered another 3 bottles!!! I also use the hair and scalp oil.. I just use a few drops in the lengths of my hair some days as it really makes my hair ( which is plentiful, slightly fluffy but fine, mid length and highlights) look lustrous and pretty.Again, the scent of the oil is sublime… Just wanted to share my joy of these products🤗 x

I've generally liked the products I've ordered from the company, although I wouldn't go so far as endorsing all the rather over-inflated claims about what the shampoo et al will do for your hair! I've had equally good results with shampoos half or a quarter of the price. And the new moisturiser price is eye-watering.

In the end, though, I've unsubscribed from their emails and decided to shop elsewhere. The amount of emails they send is verging on spam. And I do object to the regular 'you must be running low on supplies, why don't you re-order' messages. I know when I need to re-order, thank you.

Quick delivery and good communication from them. Shampoo and conditioner is fab and my hair feels great. The aroma in the shower is lovely and makes you feel like your in a spa. Definitely reccommend

I have been using the lovely moisturiser , face oil and body oil for a while and these products are lovely. My skin has definitely improved.
However I had a bit of a problem with the shampoo and true to their word they refunded my money without any fuss .
I will look forward to using their products in the future .

I have used this product for 2 weeks and from the first wash my hair felt dramatically different. I have been gradually falling out of love with my hair since turning 40 four years ago. My hair had become dryer, more fragile with significant breakage and hair loss. This product has reduced my hair loss and transformed my hair. It is full of life and feels nourished and strong again. Thank you Cornish Seaweed for making me fall back in love with my hair again.

Brought the shampoo and conditioner initially for my Granddaughter who suffers with Eczema, her scalp was very itchy and Flaky. On using the product over 6 weeks the itching and flaking has gone. Took a bit of getting used to the shampoo not lathering but this is due to no sulphates, you only need 2 pumps and apply to the roots for good results. Hair smells amazing , shiny and soft.
Was so impressed purchased the body wash. On first application wasn’t keen on the smell( personal preference) but that outweighs the results to the skin. Eczema has calmed down feeling soft and no itching.
Price wise it seems expensive but the results outweigh the cost of trying other regular products.

I would like to write a review not only about The Cornish Seaweed Company products but also about their swift and efficient attitude to sorting out a problem I had. All of my purchases with them have left me with a warm feeling inside. They really do appreciate their customers!
I have used their shampoo and conditioner which I love. Then I purchased the purple shampoo and conditioner which has calmed my frizz enormously - I have had so many lovely compliments from friends and family that I will definitely be purchasing again. Also I’d like to mention their perfume less soaps. They are fabulous! I have very sensitive skin with severe psoriasis on my hands and feet - this soap is so gentle and doesn’t dry my skin out at all - and miraculously it doesn’t make my hands and feet sting at all when I wash them. A really fabulous company! Thank you so much! 😊

I was skeptical as I have curly hair and used some lovely products specifically for curls. But when I saw these products on fb and all natural made in Cornwall, I decided to give them a go and wow am I glad I did so. My hair is still curly and smells lush, but best bits are, less is more and fair soft my hair is. Highly recommend

I love your products and I have been using them for a while now I like that they are organic and natural I have been a therapist for over 30 years and I’ve always worked with organic products these make my skin feel hydrated soft making the skin glowing and younger looking I feel I’m putting skin food onto my face and body I will be continuing to use these products thankyou

Great products easy to deal with arrives quickly. You need to use a small amount and my skin feels amazing. My hair so much thicker will use again definitely it does what is says on the tin!

Just tried for the first time after finding my purple hair products harsh. very pleased. Lovely product.

First order with the company I was so looking forward to receiving lovely products to give as a present. On opening the box, there was little to no packaging and all the bottles were really dented. I have been trying to contact the company by their preferred method but I'm yet to get a reply. Won't be using them again.

I left a review on 2nd April saying that the conditioner wasn’t fit for purpose as it was so thick I couldn’t get it out of the bottle. I got a response on 6th April saying they were sending me some pumps which apparently I should have ordered with the product!!!!! Here we are 10 days later, no acknowledgement, no pumps, no reply to the emails I’ve sent chasing this. Just one VERY expensive conditioner that I can’t get out of the bottle. Why sell a product without a pump if you need a pump to be able to use it?! Worst customer service I’ve come across for a long time. And to make matters worse I get daily email ads from them trying to get me to buy from them again. NO. Never again.

I initially ordered the facial balm and skin repair balm for eczema and then decided to try out the body wash. Once it arrived, I emailed straight away to say I would like to return it. I had not used the products as I was testing out another product from a different company for the eczema. I emailed 3 times and I struggled to find a phone number in which I called 2 incorrect places (one was affiliated with the company but they too only had the hello@ email address and no telephone number despite the website claiming easy returns and responses in 2-3 business days.

In my frustration with having my parcel sat next to my door for over a week and no response, I decided to just try them and again disappointment. The facial oil and balm rescue did nothing for the eczema but just make it abit moist. The tin it comes in is quite small for the amount that you pay. The body wash...well I was not fond of the smell at all. I spent around £72 in total and I am so disappointed with the customer service and the products. Will I get a refund? Let's see.

I love all the products this company cleverly produces.

The shampoo and conditioner really help my post menopausal itchy, sore scalp. The conditioner thickness and aroma are wonderful, especially used with the scalp brush. The free full sized products are a great bonus each time I order.

I have always used high end hair and skin products, but these are probably the most effective to date!
