I had a disappointing experience with Cornix. The upgrade process was unclear, leading to an unintended renewal. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund and offered an extension instead, which did not resolve the issue.
Additionally, the platform itself is very slow when executing trades, which significantly affects usability and reliability.
This combination of poor communication, inflexible support, and technical inefficiency makes Cornix a platform I cannot recommend. 00⭐️ stars.

WARNING: Cornix's Service is Fundamentally Flawed and Their Support is Dishonest
I am writing this review after a frustrating and completely disappointing experience with Cornix. As a paying customer and a senior software engineer, I found their service to be defective and their customer support to be unhelpful and dishonest. I urge anyone considering using this platform to be extremely cautious.
I subscribed to their annual plan for $180. Within two months, I discovered two critical issues that made the service unusable:
1. The Backtesting Tool is Broken. This is not an exaggeration. I ran a backtest with a $100 account and was shocked to see it open over 50 positions with 3$ each simultaneously—an impossible feat on any real exchange. The backtest failed to simulate liquidation correctly and continued to generate a fake profit chart, which is a fundamental flaw in its logic. A tool that produces fraudulent data is useless and dangerous for traders.
2. They Made False Technical Claims. I contacted their customer support manager, Hadar, to request a refund. In our correspondence, she claimed that backtesting signals from non-integrated Telegram channels is "technically impossible." As a software engineer, I can tell you this is a lie. The Telegram API makes this functionality entirely possible. This reveals either a stunning lack of technical knowledge or a deliberate attempt to mislead customers.
Despite providing detailed evidence of these bugs and highlighting their service's limitations, Cornix's support team refused to issue a refund. They hid behind a rigid "no-refund" policy, denying any responsibility for their defective product.
My takeaway: Cornix is selling a product that does not work as advertised. They are willing to provide misleading information and refuse to act in good faith when their product fails. Save your money and your time. Do not trust your trading with a platform that has such low standards for quality and integrity.

We would like to clarify that Cornix does not advertise or publish backtesting for channels that are not integrated with our platform, and all of our features are transparently documented on our official website and in our Help Center.
Regarding the backtesting scenario you mentioned, as our team explained, when some trades are closed in profit, those funds become available for new trades. This is expected behavior and consistent with how backtesting works across trading platforms.
As for refunds, our policy is clear and consistently applied. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for services that have already been used.
We value every customer and remain committed to providing accurate, transparent, and reliable tools. We would be happy to continue our ongoing conversation and assist you further in any way we can.

Scammers
Never use this platform for trading. They collaborate with signal groups and charge excessive fees, and eventually your trading account will be wiped out. If you tell them you can’t leave a review for the signal groups, the Cornix representative will insist you purchase another three months of signal group access and Cornix membership just to write a review—unbelievable “service.”
These people are scammers. I disabled the auto-renewal feature four months ago, yet I found they re-enabled it without my consent and continued deducting money. This is outright theft.

Two thumbs up for Cornix
Two thumbs up for Cornix, have been using it for over a year now following a few signal sites through Telegram which fire off automated trades and lately entering trades through the 'free text' option in the terminal. The mobile app is a big plus to keep an eye on trades and adjust things where needed.
Support is excellent and even take the time to respond in the weekend.
Cornix is now my go-to application for trading.
