They were very responsive to our needs during our week vacation in Whalehead in 2017. My only recommendation would be to update GUESTWEB so that each family can make separate payments like other realtors do. Other than that, they were a pleasure to deal with.

House needed some upgrades. Left messages the past two years to that affect and nothing done about it.
Understand they are just the agent but still they are the face of the property and should have received a response at the least.
Renewal process is ridiculous and should not cost ANYTHING to do so.
Finally the house was being torn down this year and so no alternative was given of where to stay this coming summer. Disappointing to say the least.

We watched cleaning people go in an out all day until 4pm and when we were aloud in the house it was filthy. Floors were not swept, carpets were not vacuumed. Food crumbs everywhere. Dust everywhere. Cleaning lady was very rude. After numerous phone calls while we were there and even several months after we got home we were offered a whopping $100 off our next stay. We rent $9,000.00 homes. Thanks but no thanks. We will rent from Twiddy!

We did a survey and sent e mails after our trip last summer. The pool deck was rotting, water was dripping through the ceiling from an air condotioner, the refrigerator door was rusting, the wood floors were sticky, the kitchen counter top was deteriorating, etc. Additionally, the homeowner had contractors in the house while we were out without our approval. All of this was brought to the attention of the local office. Seemed the only think they cared about was when we were leaving....

I have used Corolla Classic 14 years. As their business grew, they lost some attention to detail by trusting housekeeping services and other trade to self-police their service levels. When I brought this to their attention, they did respond favorably and the last year was much better than the previous two years.

Great service and quality homes. Our rentals were as advertised and the company was responsive to our requests throughout our various stays. The Corolla area is also a perfect vacation spot.

Property is wonderful! Only problem I had was that I was forced to pay $50, which could not be applied to rent, just to hold a reservation because Corolla Classic Vacations system was not ready to accommodate next year’s reservations. So it was a lost $50.

Customer service was excellent and we hope to find our vacation home clean and in good shape when we get there in ‘May 2018! Thanks for the excellent customer service. Debbie Stevenson, Toano, VA

Excellent communication and easy check-in process. Would use this management company again, they have a good selection of rental homes.

We have rented through Corolla Classic Vacations for over 10 years and have NEVER had a bad experience!!

I was better in the past. No more welcome packages of significance received. There is a fee to utilize credit card payment option. It has lost the customer service high standard that Eddie and Denise established at its beginning.

We have consistently found the houses they offer to be outstanding, and the on-site support to be very good. The website is unusually user-friendly, making it easy to focus on the kind of property we wish to rent. So we keep coming back to them.

My only reservation is the much less than friendly administrative process. Too short a time between reserving the house and the first payment due date to pay by check, and an otherwise very friendly online process marred by a very stupid $35 charge to use a credit card, which everyone else in the universe accepts for free.

Without question the best company to rent a house from when you go to OBX!

Very satisfied with the search and rental process. The house was ideal for our large family gathering. It was well maintained, everything was in working order, and the house was clean and ready to enjoy.

The prices are reasonable, and nice locations, but the last 2 years we felt the homes were not cleaned well before our arrival. Last year we had to call them to come back and vacuum.

We have been using Corolla Classic Vacations for OBX property rentals for at least the past 5 years and recommend them highly. The properties are always in excellent condition upon arrival. Their customer service is great! The employees are always polite and personable. We have only encountered one issue while renting a home that required correction and it was handled immediately and professionally.

Very easy company to work with. The House was very clean and very accurately described. Only drawback was we left a jacket in a closet that was never “found” but other than that it was a great experience.

Reservations were easy and everything was setup and ready when we arrived. Had to call to have some light bulbs changed and they were changed quickly. Excellent and would use them again.

The best realtor in Corolla, although service has declined just a bit in the past couple of years.
