this is a useless organization, very unreliable. I wonder why they are still on the GOV.UK website. Someone should get them off that list. They cannot even respond to mail timeously. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

This company is a scam! Why they are the top of the government website I don't know why! They take your money and then either don't send you a test kit or send it way after the "critical" 48hr period. They claim to track your delivery, however, when we emailed them they said they did not track their tests, therefore they are also liars. STAY CLEAR!

Only one star coz I need to provide one. Cannot believe a company can get away with this . Apparently there is a economy test £5 and standard test for more. It’s just a reference I need ( an LFT test is free in the uk and I have plenty of test kits at home) , I thought we don’t need any tests when arriving from a non-red list country in the uk anymore? Basically, paid £5 just to get a reference but they cannot provide it until 72 hours! G16 comes up right at the top of the gov. Website so I clicked on it and paid £5. I had to order another test from another company ( reference received immediately) to complete the passenger locator form in order to board the flight!
I will be contacting the gov.uk website and social media as this should be scrapped . Anybody else who has gone through the same issue can contact me so that we can jointly put an end to this!!! Dissatisfied!

As other people said, it's a scam. They do not send anything and charge you for nothing essentially. Reported to the Competition and Markets Authority. It's said that explicit scams are on the government website recommended.

Horrendous experience. G16 Global Covid Testing has changed their name on trust pilot to Corbetts Shoes LTD to hide their bad reviews.

They will just take your money and not give a reference code or test.
The scumbag behind this is Adam Kemp, who has been reported to authorities.
Adam lost his mind over the phone and screamed abuse down the line, refusing to assist me at all.

Bought day 2 test collection. But I made mistake on collection date. This company don't want to change collection date for me. And also no refund. Pity didn't check review before place the order.

This is a terrible company to deal with. Refused to provide a refund or change a date for the test collection.

As you can see from the below, people lost more money, so all the money paid to this company is thrown away. Avoid!

Very responsive though, however, I believe that every email comes from the company Director because each time response is coming from a different name.

Just dont waste your time or money on this company.
Their website had a fault and took money 3 times and did not send a reference which is needed to complete passenger location form.

I am disgusted in this poor customer service of this company. Their website was playing up and duplicated my order 3 times for a set of 4 covid tests. I realised the mistake before they had been sent and they are refusing a refund. Leaving me a single, full time working mother out of pocket of over £300. Shame on you. Don't use this company

The website booking system is poor. I needed 4 tests for my family but could only book 1 at a time. After booking 1 I noticed I could no longer book any other tests for that day. I sent an email within minutes of booking my original test to ask if it would be possible to add the other 3 or arrange a refund for the booked test. I was told no for both. Awful customer service experience. There are many other providers offering a more professional service. Zero empathy received from Mark.

I last updated my review of these people on 5 July. It is now 1 August, and they have completely ignored me. The NHS Test & Trace have recommended that I make a complaint to Trading Standards. I will now be doing that, and will also be reporting their scam to the police.
My strong recommendation is that you do not use this company for Covid testing. I did the three tests when I arrived in the UK. The dates the tests were done and sent off were: 5, 8 and 11 June. It is now 5 July and NO TEST RESULTS have been received, and these jokers have refused to make a refund, and have now decided that ignoring me is a good idea. I will be reporting them to a number of regulatory bodies and will be taking the matter further.

Obviously no one really wants to have to take the test but if you have to then this is as easy and stressless as you can get.
