As advertised! They are awesome! I was skeptical, and had people warn me off about the dangers of using this service, but I did it anyways. I had taken some high interest loans that were killing my cash flow, and had reached a point where I was going to have to close my doors. Enter Renata and her team. We went through everything, formed a plan together on how things were going to progress. They gave me no nonsense explanations of exactly what to expect, and they nailed it. They saved my business. I read the reviews, and they seem fake, but CCS did exactly what they said, and came through with every promise they made. Could not recommend more if you are in a pinch!

This company in general and Renata in particular took me from a bad place and "Made it Better". With her attention to detail and the palpable level of care and consideration all is now Well. Thanks, Renata

i am so glad other people have had a good experience with this company. this company harassed me worse than the bill collectors and cost my company money in bank over drafts. poor poor poor.

My contact Carly was a totally nice and professional person. She always got back to me when ever I had a question and answered very promptly. I had gotten into a bad debt with On Deck and if my company could have survived the heavy load I would still be working with her on helping me get out of debt. I can't say enough on how Carly I believe is a huge asset to your company. She is warm and personable while being professional and direct at the same time a rare quality to find. They were excellent with helping me manage the calls and the negotiations. Kept me calm throughout the whole process. Best part was I didn't have to deal with the creditors!

Iesha is the best at what she does. Great communication from her. If she doesn’t have an answer she goes above and beyond to get us an answer. This process has been nerve wracking to say the least but she’s managed to give us that peace of mind that everything will be okay. Thanks iesha!

You’re probably asking yourself why are they trying to help me from all these creditors it’s not because they are nice they’re promising to save you 30 to 50% of your loan but the money you are saving is not going to you it’s going to them they are not helping you they are helping themselves they take your money upfront in the litter tell you about this extra fees when you think you’re done paying off your loan no you’re not done did not tell you have to pay the lenders the people you took the loan from extra money which will be an extra $5000 or more in the end you’ll be surprised if you save $5000 you better of getting a lawyer to help you negotiate they are scammers!!!

Astrid and Radona were great! I do not have any complaints at all! Customer service was great and follow-up was always on-time. They did everything they told me they were going to do.

I would not recommend using this company. I had $46,600.00 in debt that they said they could get reduced by 30-50%. They gave me a proposal that looked good in the beginning. But at the end of there 60 weekly program of paying nearly $600.00 per week and paying them nearly $12,000.00 in fee's, a total amount of $34,700.00. They told me I was going to have to come up with another $7,600.00 to settle all the debt. So in the end I paid them $12,000.00 to save me about 3,300.00 or about 7% of what I owed.
They make you think they are helping you but are actually just as crooked as the companies they say they are helping you with. In the end I could have negotiated a better deal myself without getting ripped of for another $12,000.00

In response to CCS's reply below they did settle 2 debt's as described. But when I agreed to their proposal I had 3 debts and they assured me that they would be able to settle all 3 debts per the agreement I described above. After I made all 60 payments as agreed they told me that I would have to come up with another $7,500.00 to settle the last debt. They never offered to reduce their fees that I paid them in order to settle the debt. If I wouldn't of questioned them they would of gladly had me pay the additional $7,500.00.

Tobi along with the CCS team helped settle with two separate companies . They did it successfully in a timely manner , was always available to answer any concerns I had and quite literally saved my business from going under.
I always felt they had my back

It is a company of scammers who steal money from people. They stole from me. They cheated me. They made a fraud. They stole more than $ 5000 from me and they did nothing. did not recommend it
