Really bad stock certificated products
Really bad stock certificated products. Avoid it! Copy printing paper with color print. Cost $90 for 25 certs!!!

We're so sorry you were not happy with the stock certificates you received. We have pulled your order for Rockwell Company and see that you ordered not 25 certificates, but 40 Certificates, which is why the total came out to $84.00 before shipping cost.
Our certificates are not printed on copy paper. Our certificates are printed on 25 lbs watermarked paper. If you look further at the certificates you can see the watermark in the background of each certificate and we only use the most high quality paper for our certificates, not printer paper. We only send the best to our customers.
We're so sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase, but we do hope you find certificates that you are happy with. Thank you for sharing your experience.

The seal can rip the paper if too much pressure is applied. With our seal only light pressure is needed to get the impression on the paper so a large amount of force could rip the paper. If you're applying light pressure and the paper is still ripping, we would be happy to get you a replacement free of charge. We have sent you an email so if you would like to receive the replacement just simply email us back and we'll get it out for you as soon as we can.

Fast turnaround, couple of suggestions
On the plus side, the turnaround time is extremely fast, however, it would be nice if the book and tabs were a little longer. I like to put the Articles and Bylaws in sheet protectors as I prefer not to three-hole them and unfortunately the tabs do not extend out past the sheet protectors. It would be nice if they did.

We understand the dilemma that sheet protectors can extend over the tabs making it hard to see. We do create extended tabs for our estate planning line that come out a little further, but unfortunately we don't offer them for our corporate kits as they would extend out over the book. We're so sorry about that, but we will use this feedback for the future to see if there is a way an extended tab set could be created.

Good but room for improvement

The binder, it’s sleeve, the dividers and the certificates are all first clas. The seal and the stamping dies are not clear in how to use them. Overall I like the kit, but there is definitely room for improvement

We do have a free downloadable file on our website that will allow you to issues out the certificates purchased from us for the last few years. The file works with adobe reader as we recommend for any of our PDF files. We also have files such as our Stockmaker or Stocktracer that allow you to issue out the certificates and customize the certificates, which allow you to print the name of your entity and pertinent information. In addition to these products we also offer out Electronic Kits or our Electronic Certificates if you're looking for an easier way to obtain your certificates.
We also could provide you with our PDF bylaws. The best way to add these in any of your kits is to ask one of our customer service representatives or if choose our PDF Bylaws under Disk Choice on the online ordering form. This may be just what you're looking for! We also can provide you with PDF Stock Transfer Ledgers as well.
Each of our kits come a seal. The seal comes with instructions in each pouch of how to properly use the seal and store it. Please let us know if you did receive it. We would happy to send you the instructions so you will have it to answer any questions. Also, our customer service staff will answer any questions you have no mater what they are. Don't hesitate to give us a call.
