Thank you for your feedback on the Chuck Norris kidnapping activity. We're happy to hear that you found the Chuck Norris character to be a great lookalike, and we appreciate your 10/10 rating for his appearance.

We apologise for any misunderstanding regarding the rest of the activity. It seems there was ( maybe because this was a last minute reservation) a miscommunication as the actor was focused on getting the Stag to the casino on time. He normally speaks pretty decent english. We informed him about this incident and we paste his reply below:

"When Chuck Norris says a word in English, that word instantly becomes the correct pronunciation."

Chuck being Chuck, we nevertheless understand your disappointment and regret that this might have impacted your experience. We will ensure better communication in the future to prevent such misunderstandings.

To make it right, we would like to offer you a partial refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future.

Hi Nabil, Thank you for your feedback. It is very valuable to us. Be assured that, as explained in our previous email correspondence, we took immediate steps to address the concerns raised and investigated the matter in detail.

Nabil, You said you only visited 1 spot. Are you sure that in this review you are referring to the service provided by us and not some other stag company on a different night of your stay?

Here is a detailed breakdown of your 5-hour Gdansk Pub Tour experience at each venue (you visited 5 ) that night and services provided:

1. Our 20 EUR Gdansk Private Pub Crawl includes: Hotel pickup, 3 venues, free shot in each with 1st order, table reservations, local guide.

2: This is a list of places you visited and the benefits you received from our company:

Bar 1: Spot: The group received their shot even though they didn't place a first order. You had table reservation there.

Bar 2: Sztos: Your group received 1 shot each here too. You had table reservation as well. After some time, as You wanted a livelier atmosphere, you decided to left the venue.

Bar 3: Trzy Siostry: This pub as an extra as a choice for a more crowded setting and informed beforehand about the lack of reservation there. It was full, and the group was again dissatisfied because it was "too full", even though "it was a nice bar” as you wrote in your email - a part that you failed to mention above.

Bar 4: Lumi: In search for a perfect bar, Lumi was another addition to your schedule - bar on the way to Tapas. Lumi was in fact closed, and the guide suggested another similar alternative, Long Island. However, once there, the group declined due to the sheeshas that you did not enjoy.

Bar 5: Tapas: The third one from your scheduled list. The group was given a choice of two available seating areas and received their shot. It is worth noting that here one member of your party demanded to upgrade their shots to tequila (again- not included) which after a call to the office, our guide did even though it was (again ) not included.

In summary, Your group of 5 received all that you paid for and more - 3 bars, table reservation in each, shots in each ( even though you did not place a first order in first bar), 2 extra bars and extra shots of tequila.

It seems Maja - your local guide did her best to adapt to the group's preferences as much as possible and went an extra mile to provide even more than you paid for.

I find it strange that you failed to mention that.

To clarify further:

1. Private Pub Crawl works like that - you hop Gdansk/Sopot bars with your guide. We have reservations in 3 spots. Changes are possible and natural but some of the requests you make on the spot are impossible to book at 11th hour as per seat reservations.

2. Gdansk/Sopot is a summer seaside destination. In January/ February, when it is still cold in Poland, there is not much going on and the choice of good spots is limited. We always pick the best ones available for that day.

Even though we felt a bit underappreciated (unless this is a mistake and you did mean another supplier), thank you for your feedback.
