Mentors are very professional, Content of the course (FMVA) focuses on every key details be it assumptions, techniques etc. Practice exercise after every module make it even more easy to grasp the topic. Mentors help at every stage of completing the templates provided in the course. Overall it was worth it
I think the content is very helpful and practical with real world and corporate environment to learn skills and to advance in career.
The instructors were particularly thorough and provided easy to follow guidelines in each topic. Goes to show their deep understanding and competence in valuation and financial modelling.
Starting as a beginner-level in Excel and now confidently able to use my keyboard is a key highlight for me.
Thank you CFI for formulating this course, truly looking forward to unlocking opportunities with my FMVA Certification
The FPAP curriculum deepened my understanding of the full FP&A cycle; budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. What stood out most is that FP&A is not purely a technical discipline. It sits at the intersection of financial rigor and strategic application, translating numbers into decisions, connecting model outputs to business direction, and communicating financial insight in a way that drives action. The scenario and sensitivity analysis module reinforced that directly, showing how assumption-driven thinking cascades through an entire model and ultimately informs strategy.
The practicality of the course is what makes it great. Well structured content .
A very well structured certification program with a plethora of practical financial models to work on. I really liked that we went thorugh valuation cases in Excel as it made different concepts much easier to understand and apply.
Overall, It was a very useful and efficient way to gain real- world finance skills, would 100% recommend!
One year ago before starting my membership with cfi i had basic knowledge for excel .. now i have high trust in my skills and abilities in excel
Same applied for my financial reporting and understanding of finance
I appreciate their work and it worth everything was paid for it ..
Thanks cfi
They automatically deducted a huge amount from my account without my authorisation and they are refusing to offer a refund. Such a huge low for a company offering ESG courses but have very little regard of customers through their unscrupulous tendencies. Stay away from subscribing to their programs they are a trap and will leave you in debt. 0/10 shrewd hungry fellows milking money from the poorest of the poorest just to register profit. Anyone help me to bring CFI down. Do Not do Business with such Shaddy Institutions. They steal, unauthorized from our accounts our hard earned money. No regard what’s so ever all they want is profit, I wonder if they sleep at night to know they acquire authorized and with such pain
Title: Forced Auto-Renewal for a Graduate - Refusal to Refund.
I am deeply disappointed with CFI. I have successfully completed ALL their certifications and programs. Despite this, they auto-renewed my subscription today for $248.50. I contacted support within minutes of the charge to explain that I have no use for the platform anymore as a graduate, but they flatly refused a refund citing "policy." It is unethical to charge a student for a service they have already fully completed and cannot benefit from. This is not how you treat your successful alumni.

I am proud to participate in this program and to earn this certification. The teaching style and guidance of all the instructors were excellent. I would like to thank each and every one of them
My background is a dental surgery degree and an MSc in International Management from ESADE, so I came to the FMVA not to break into banking but to close a credibility gap in consulting and strategy roles. For that purpose, it delivers: the curriculum is well-structured, the Excel-driven approach builds real modeling muscle rather than theoretical familiarity, and the progression from accounting basics to DCF and M&A feels logical even without a finance undergraduate background. Honest caveats: the self-paced format demands discipline that not everyone brings, and the certificate carries more weight in finance circles than in pharma or management consulting. But if you are from a non-traditional background and need something concrete to point to in interviews, and a skill you can actually apply, the FMVA is a cost-effective, credible way to get there.
Course were great ! The fact that you're allowed to learn at your own rythm is really a key factor here. Also, as you can adjust the speed on videos, it allows you to move faster on already known subjects, and to focus more on the things new to you.
Would have a given a five star review, but I think the only thing missing is a few more exercise to complete on your own, to train a bit more before passing the exam.
I really enjoyed expanding my knowledge of finance with you, as the lessons were easy to understand, especially for beginners. Thank you.
Great tutors and learning at your own pace is what made this experience fruitful
My experience was great. The lectures are very practical and the course instructors are very knowlegeable.
