Hi Pete is always helpful and prompt to reply fixing any issues I seem to throw at him. He is patient, kind and understanding to someone whom is not particularly tech minded.

Have been dealing with Parks now COR Solutions for many years. Just renewed Eset Anti virus software and as normal no issues, just dealt with. Also nice to deal with a company who isn't working at lower standard as normal as others blame Covid 19 & think that is good enough. COR Solutions are working to their normal high standards with no excuses.

Given advice over the phone but unfortunately the help l needed ( to connect a printer to my Chrome Book) involved a home visit which is not allowed at the moment due to the virus; however l was given helpful links via email.
l was impressed that Cor Solutions took the trouble to do this for me.

We have been helped by Pete and COR during the last four years or so.....We have used both their home visit service - which helped with laptop set-up and support and have just used the remote service to help clean up and up-date our daughter's laptop.
