Quick delivery. Good aftersale when one item was delivered damaged.

Fast delivery and the bike was wrapped properly without an excessive amount of plastic.
The bike itself is totally approved by our 7 year old. We are only having some problems with the front brakes. Even with the extra guide included, we do not get them to be as they should.

i received a new bike which had a lot of problems.
I asked them how can i send it to them so that they fix the issues, but after more than 1 month and 20 emails they state that i have to bring it to a remote location (a village close to Rotterdam) and only during working hours by my self.
I also called them, but the guy only blamed me that i didn’t reply to their last email and he said he can’t help me. In addition, i sent a new email to the customer support, but that was never replied.

What is more: They manipulate the reviews but deleting all the 1-star reviews so that they increase the review score - there were 2 more 1-star reviews when i uploaded mine, all of them were removed after some time (I have the email of my review confirmation as proof).

I have already reported them to ACM

The prices are good and the service is awesome. I orderd a bike but i noticed i orderd the wrong size. Called the service center the next morning and they made shure i got the right bike.

From the first click ordering the bicycle right throughout receiving it, I was kept updated about the process of the delivery, the information about the bicycle and putting it together. Echt een aanrader! And excellent service from start to finish!

Quick delivery. They said order before 17.00, delivered the next day. And that is exactly what I’ve got. About the bike, its’s an amazing and a solid bike. Truly happy with it.

I ordered a bike from this seller, but it arrived in a completely unusable condition – multiple parts were broken, making it totally unsafe to ride.

Initially, they refused to solve the problem, rejected a refund (even though legally required), and treated me rudely.

Only after I posted a review here on Trustpilot did they react: calls from 3-4 different numbers wanting to “talk” by phone. I insisted on email communication for evidence. Solutions were only offered after I wrote the review – and I only received one after deleting it.

The seller even defamed Trustpilot via email as a “money machine that doesn’t help,” clearly breaks laws (EU consumer rights), and systematically pressures customers to remove negative reviews.

Such practices are unethical and illegal.
Avoid this seller!
