La tradizione portata avanti dai fratelli Gaetano e Alfredo Falluto risale al 1927. Siamo nel cuore del Sannio viticolo, in uno dei numerosi paesi del vino, in una terra che gode di un particolare microclima, dove i filari delle viti e le verdi chiome degli ulivi disegnano le soleggiate ed incontaminate colline. Nel 1984 la decisione di uscire dalla cantina sociale per mettersi a lavorare in proprio. L’ulteriore salto di qualità è nel 1997 quando escono le prime bottiglie etichettate, la chiamata alle armi di un enologo, la cura nei vigneti dove si abbassano le rese per ettaro. I risultati si vedono subito, favoriti comunque dalla buona esposizione a mezzogiorno dei vigneti tutti a mezza collina.
