Would be 0 stars if it was an option. I only wanted to have a look at the app and plan to see if it was for me. Immediately the upsell started trying to sell me a book which I thought was my plan. I said no as I was being asked for more money and thought this was cancelling anything going forward. Didn’t think anything of it until they have taken money through PayPal today. They won’t give me a refund, still haven’t seen my ‘personal’ plan which I have paid for. Awful company. Don’t go near it.

Originally paid for a 3 month subscription but did not request automatic renewal. I was then charged $80.59 for another 3 months (but forgot to cancel as had sick husband) and now another $80.59 for another 3 months. I requested a refund for 2x $80.59 but request declined as on auto renewal that was never requested.
