Overall design of stroller is beautiful due my baby in September and have always used cosatto strollers , although last cosatto stroller I ordered was the pow stroller , I was not very impressed this time when putting together this stroller that there was no newborn insert included or that it didn’t come with a changing bag like the previous stroller

DO NOT BUY FROM COSATTO I’ve still not gotten a refund from the order which I sent back on Thursday 20th June to which Cumiskey Nursery Services collected from my house to return back to you as requested by your colleague on Facebook. You are violating The Consumer Protection Act 2007. The buggy I sent back was brand new, unused and in the original box it came in. I sent it back because the handle height was too high for me as I'm short. I would like to be refunded as soon as possible! Absolutely ridiculous to get a hold of I’ve sent a million emails and gotten 1 response which took ages! and then been ignored ever since. The only way I got information to send the purchase back was to post on their Facebook publicly! Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible customer service!!! Would not recommend buying from them!
