We received with thanks our order on 02nd November 22. After giving this product a bit of a trial (just only for two short rides along the Limerick city centre), it turned out that our baby keeps sliding down forward due to narrow seat and incorrect angle of the back of the seat of your Supa 3 Stroller Unicorn Land. Moreover, the seat belts are also tight for the baby even with the maximum extended length. On the top of that the forward handle doesn’t prevent from sliding of our baby down as well. For your information, our baby is 1,5 years old and her weight is 11 kg. Having said that, we wanted to return our order back to seller and the get the full refund, but the customer service never responded to our numerous emails!!! Very bad customer service!? The original package was broken during transportation. We would like to express our total disappointment by your complete disregard of our claim regarding organisation of unsuitable product return collection details from you and subsequent refund for the purchased product from you. As you have used the item outside, we are unable to accept the item back for a refund in line with our T&C's as this has been used, we recommend all our customers to test / try the item inside of your home to ensure you are happy and little one is happy with the item and we are able to offer collections from this point.
