Cosco opticians

Cosco Opticians a few months ago found a problem when I went for my eye test. I was sent to hospital for tests now a few months later I have had special spectacles from Cosco which are amazingly helpful. I found the staff at Costco extremely helpful and would like to thank them for all their help. I would recommend them to anyone needing an eye test
THANK YOU.

High-pressured, Rude Salesman!

During my checkout last week, the cashier said my card was flagged. I had no idea what the issue was and then a loud-mouth man told me to leave my products and come talk with him! He didn’t identify himself and, instead began showing me my card’s history of purchases, trying to convince me to upgrade my membership. Meanwhile, the cashier was held up waiting for the interruption to end, customers were waiting to checkout and I was becoming increasingly frustrated and angry at that embarrassing, rude loud-mouth trying to pressure me into upgrading my membership.

I hope his actions aren’t condoned and that management will take appropriate reprimand actions to that person.

All in one store

I usually don't prefer membership shopping but my Cosco experience made me think otherwise. I like that it's a one-stop-shop whenever I go here. However, my online experience was not as satisfying but in general, it was still better than most.

How not to do online shopping

Placed an order Ist May 2020 was split into three. First 2 orders arrived within 48 hours very good.
Now Here is where it all goes wrong the remainder was lost by parcel force and now it is the 1 June 2020 and still cannot get my money back their customer service managers are a disgrace as it appears they do not know how to phone a customer back.
