Where do I begin…

I ordered a Princess Leia gold bikini costume. It arrived and was not as described or photographed.
The images on the website clearly show two straps, one of which is fastened with Velcro. What I received had 3 straps and no Velcro. The additional strap was odd and just made the whole thing look weird as it cut across the boobs and made them look an odd shape.

When I contacted their customer service they refused to believe it was incorrect and offered me a £10 refund. I refused and stated as per their returns policy I am due a full refund. They even told me to take the £10 and sell the costume on eBay or gumtree…(?!?)
A few weeks of back and forth they agree that the item is not as described and I can have a full refund after funding the return to China.

I am MORE than happy to return the item as I am not going wear it but I have already paid postage to receive the item and now paying MORE to get my money back. It’s ridiculous. I’ve asked for a prepaid label which I no doubt won’t receive.
So just a warning to buy at your own risk…

Have several of coshd costumes and have no complaints! They're fairly decent quality, with strong closures that don't appear to be coming loose with multiple wears and I often receive a lot of praise when I wear the costumes to comic con. Very pleased with things I've received from them!

Don’t ever buy from this company. They pretend they are a UK company but they ship from China and when your order is wrong you won’t get your money back. I ordered a dead pool costume for a kids party. I ordered a medium costume, the jumpsuit fitted ok but the stitching was very poor and the belt that came with it was the size of XXL and is not adjustable. It was the same for some of the other strap on accessories too. The mask was also a completely different colour to the suit. When I asked to return the costume as it wasn’t fit for purpose they told me I would have to pay to ship it back to China and pay the cost myself. As you can imagine this isn’t cheap. When I refused to pay that they said they would offer me 10% off and for me to sell it on eBay. I can’t sell it on eBay because whoever I sell it too would have the same issues as me and would want a refund from me. After telling them this was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund without me being out of pocket for shipping back to China they stopped replying to me.

I ordered a marvel rivals cosplay on february 6 (cosplaying is my income) - waited 15 days maximum for process time, a month later they still didn’t process or ship anything. asked to cancel it and ordered from aliexpress instead.

The cosplay offers excellent value for its price, and the sizing is accurate.

So far I have had a good experience with this company.
My sons star lord costume is very nice. The t shirt did not arrive but they are in process of either refunding this part or resending it.
So I have now ordered the Sam Wilson captain America brave new world costume for my other son and I look forward to reviewing this when it is made and received.
The star lord costume was made with quality materials and looks like a perfect example and screen accurate.
This part is important to my sons who love to attend comic cons and want to look the part.
You must have paitence as these costumes can take a while to be made and then sent out.
But they are worth the wait

Was helpful at beginning saying they would process it quickly but as soon as they had my money. Was not helpful at all.
It’s disgusting that I have to pay and return it out of my own pocket, even tho I have already paid extra for fast shipping which wasn’t fast at all.

I ordered an abba outfit for a themed party. I read the bad reviews but thought that I'd order a size large as I am petite it would fit anyway. The outfit arrived weeks later, and was too small at the chest area ! So i did write to the customer service asking how to send back for full refund, someone answered me twice asking me to measure the outfit and give her the measurements to check if i ordered a large! I couldn't believe their explanation sent twice as its the first time i see a company refusing to take a return and asking the customer to take measurements of an item!! Their sizing is totally wrong believe me for EU/UK sizing and you will be wasting your money and time! Very appaling commerce, in 2025, you should be able to return or exchange any item in the world no quibble or further checks needed!!! They offered a refund of 2 pounds ! Avoid avoid avoid !!

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Shuri Cosplay Costume Jumpsuit Swimwear Outfits Size XL. I looked everywhere for this item for a carnival and I found it; I was skeptical to purchase but I am so happy I did, the price and quality was right. It's true to size and stretchy (like a one piece bathing suit), it fits like a glove. The print is bright. I was scared I wouldn't receive it in time so I purchased faster shipping and I received it in good timing. The customer service is impeccable: great communication, professional, and understanding. I am a very satisfied customer.

Saw couple negative reviews but mostly about timescale. I ordered this item and it arrived in 10 days. I had tracking info and updates. Really pleased with the costume. Will purchase again from here if I need. No issues at all. Thanks you.

My son wanted a Napoleon hat as a gift. The hat came later than promised. Additionally, the item was VERY poorly made and packaged without care.

Disappointed. I ordered a £50 costume and paid extra £20 delivery to get it express. I ordered a whole outfit and accessories. The only thing that turned up yesterday was the hat nothing else but it says it’s been delivered!? No other information. I needed it in 3 days time and they have completely let me down.

I've ordered from coshd a few times now for a couple of cosplays, wigs and footwear. Orders arrived within a couple of weeks and were exactly what I expected upon arrival. More than happy with my experience and value for money, will be ordering from them again in the future.

It was a pleasure! I loved founding this store and try their products. My first purchase was Mina from Kaiju 8 and everything was incredible: the time process, the shipping, the quality of all the fabrics... I loved it! They were also very concerned helping me picking the size and everything!

Ordered a costume on the 12th of October 2024, paid for fast delivery in hopes it would arrive in time for me to use it for Halloween and it did not. Emailed them about this and they were not very helpful in regards to a refund. Ended up keeping the costume, tried it on and it turned out it wasnt even the correct sizing! Not to mention the fabric was tacky, uncomfortable, and the costume had loose threading! I highly recommend NOT buying from this company, as it is a waste of time and money.

I've used Coshd to buy Halloween costumes for two years now, and they never disappoint! Always very affordable too!

Took over a week to be shipped out, didn’t arrive in time, was told I’d need to pay extra for it to arrive in time but the cosplay was already so expensive as it was, so it is my own fault for not paying extra (£15 extra). However, I have ordered from this cosplay company many times before where it has arrived in just over a week or two weeks, this was ordered on the 5th of December and didn’t arrive til the 28th, I know for next time to order way more in advance. I know that it is also near Christmas so it is to be expected, I just wish the company would give you an estimated arrival date before ordering, as this would have made me get something else for Christmas.

Another thing is, the costume was £70, discounted, however when it arrived, elements of the cosplay were already breaking, other than that it’s a lovely costume hence why i have given 3 stars, I would have given more if it weren't for it breaking and long shipping.

I ordered a cosplay from here and they originally sent the wrong item but after i contacted them they quickly sorted the issue out and sent the correct one straight away at no extra cost. The cosplays are high quality
