Bought two heated throw one £100 other in sale £50 , first lasted months second only weeks on both occasions trying to get help from customer services was a palava really bad customer service would not recommend

Satisfaction (certainly not) guaranteed...avoid
The faulty controller on this blanket rendered the item unuseable after only 10/11 months' use. As a goodwill gesture, the company offered to SELL me another one! It's clear from reviews I've read here and elsewhere online that there is an issue with these controllers. If you care to google it, you'll find my experience is certainly not unique. Despite the kind offer to give Cosi Home even more money for a replacement controller (which would in all probability, also fail), I decided to buy another, but from a more reliable company. The Dreamland blanket comes with a 2 Year Guarantee and costs much less to run. Cosi Home is yet another company boasting "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but fails miserably when it comes to fulfilling that promise. Avoid...

Pushy customer service and faulty cheap products
Bought a heated blanket and my first impression was the sloppy way the box was cellotaped together. It looked like someone elses return. It then didnt work.
When raising a product issue on website it only mentions a replacement (this was the first thing that annoyed me, customers are legally entitled to a refund, and if a product doesnt work the first time, i dont want it. You should clearly state both options). I then clearly asked for a return label as wanted a refund and someone called Hanna totally ignored my request and tried to push a replacement on me and asked for a video of the issue (yes because videoing a blanket not heating up is possible), clearly showing she didnt read my message and is just lazily copying and pasting replies.
Then again i replied and asked for a return label saying i couldnt video heat not working, she replied saying she needed a video and offered to replace AGAIN.
Firstly, the pushy and desperate approach to trying to keep customer money is so unappealing, secondly i had to wait 24 hours in between each message.
Finally FINALLY got refunded.
1) Stop being pushy and listen to a customers request
2) Read the emails you are getting to avoid looking stupid and asking for videos on something you cant show on a video.
I do not recommend this business AT ALL.

Great product and great customer service
Great product and great customer service. I’ve my heated throw from Cosi Home for more than a year. The throw is very soft, material is comfortable to touch, and it warm up very fast. This is my son’s favourite and he enjoys having it when he watches TV.
We later found that the line of the controller broken, could be due to the way my son placed the throw. I’ve asked Cosi Home whether it is possible to have a replacement of the controller (I’m planning to pay for it).
Jenny from Cosi Home is a star, she responded promptly, just asked a few questions of the throw and then quickly sent us the replacement without charging anything. This is the best customer service I have ever had. Highly recommend the products from this company.

Excellent Customer Service.
I experienced a problem with my heated throw and requested a return on Monday 27th January. My email was answered by Eklis within 48hrs, and after requesting further information, a replacement was sent out to me which arrived today Thursday 30th January.
Unbelievably quick response, in a very polite and efficient way. Very unusual these days, to receive such excellent service.

Issue quickly resolved
I bought an electric blanket, delivery was quick. I had an issue with the blanket not seeming to reach a high enough temperature so I contacted customer services and they quickly resolved the issue and provided a replacement. Great customer service experience, would recommend.

Actually got an excellent customer support service from Filip. My query was addressed swiftly at no cost.
Both throw and controller got replaced FOC. My Fleece Electric Throw is now perfectly working and I’m really enjoying it.
Cosi Home, is a company that takes customers complaints very seriously. Staff are always there to address complaints.
I will always recommend this company to friends and family.

Controller for faux fur blanket has…
Controller for faux fur blanket has always been tempremental, just missed the warranty date and now it’s not really working at all. The blanket was £80 so quite expensive. I spoke with the AI assistant via email as that’s how it works prior to speaking to a human and they said it should be an easy resolve. Once speaking to a human, my name was spelt wrong, the email is really unprofessional and it just says they can’t help me any further. I asked about a phone number to call the manufacturer to bypass them so I can only replace the part that needs replacing but it was ignored. I have also stated I would be happy to purchase the part. Looking through trust pilot this is a common fault, the main reason for the blanket was because of cold weather and rising heating bills. I do not recommend buying as it’s bad quality and bad service when trying to get to a solution.

What excellent customer service I have received. A small issue with a product and they immediately replaced the product no questions asked. Would buy again, in fact I am on their website now!

Lovely Customer Service
My electric blanket stopped working.
I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement cable. This did take a while. Although this did not resolve the issue, I’m glad they tried this solution first. It was more environmentally conscious.
When I reported the cable didn’t solve the problem, a replacement blanket was sent and received very quickly.
Reason for 4 star
Lovely customer support team and lovely product. Has helped with my pain.
Dropped a star because the original broke and the cable was slow to be delivered.

Slow in solving issues
I purchased 3 heated throws and one of them stopped working from second use. After that, I purchased a spare part (a controller). Unfortunately it didnt match with my throws plug ( bigger than the throw’s original controller’ plug)
I reported this issue but unfortunately the contact method is slow. I’ve spent 9.99 £ for the spare part but its impossible to use it.
