Where is my Order?
I have not received what I ordered, nor have I been updated with shipping updates. This is 2020, there are certainly ways to provide a tracking number for shipments. I am patiently awaiting the promised product, but I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of transparency in the process.

I'm sorry about this, the reason we could not provide a tracking number is due to the fact that you chose a shipping option that was aimed at reducing cost but does not come with a tracking number. Furthermore, your order was in the midst of our store migration and therefore you were not able to see the status page, I am really sorry about the inconvenience.
