never buy anything from this firm! they refused to accept return and send me an article of their provisions that returns in case of sun creams are not accepted even if they confirmed me in the email previously and asked for photos to prove that the products have not been used (also very stupid).

The item I order arrived early. No fuss or worries. I will order again

I have more then 400 fragrances and never had a bad experience with no one ! I ordered my fragrance from this cosma idiots April 4th. Until this day, nothing! This is the last time i ordered from this guys . Don’t do business with them

I ordered Kenzo Ikebana Indigo, as the shop offered an excellent price, and I could not find this perfume anywhere in stock in Hungary.
The delivery was fast - I received a parcel in a week after I paid for the order - and it is the original perfume, I am so happy!

If I could it would be zero stars. This shop is a scam. Delivery delayed (so no xmas present…). After 2 months and numerous emails still waiting for my refund. Do NOT buy at this shop!!

The delivery time was about 5 days or something. So that’s a pretty long wait but it was worth it

They also send you French emails which is kind of weird but google translated it for me so that wasnt a big problem for me

For those of you who are interested I bought born in Roma coral fantasy from Valentino

I ordered parfum and paid €100. 6 weeks later still haven’t got it. I have called them many times and they promise each time to send it again. They haven’t and don’t keep their promises. I hope that I get my money back. Don’t order here!

I placed the order on 10.12.24. When I realised there was no chance the order gets delivered before I leave for holidays, I asked for the change of address and asked when the order was set to be shipped. The answer was 13.12.2024. Yet, it is 8.01.2025, the order has not been dispatched, there is no way to cancel order through the customer profile on the website and NO ONE replied to my several emails. I feel like the only way to deal with them is through the Consumer Ombudsman.

I made an order 12/12/24, today is 07/01/25 and I haven’t received my order yet! Tracking information is not meaningful, says nothing. I sent two messages to cosma-parfumeries and didn’t receive a reply. Hopefully they are reading reviews, maybe this way I will get assistance.

I have contacted your customer service multiple times via email, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. This lack of communication and failure to deliver my order is completely unacceptable.

I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. Either I receive my order promptly, or I expect a full refund without further delay.

Please note that I am very upset about this situation, and I find it disappointing that I have to go to such lengths to get a response from your company. I trust you will handle this matter urgently.

Je vous écris pour exprimer mon mécontentement concernant le service que j’ai reçu pour ma commande. J’ai passé et payé ma commande [inclure le numéro de commande, si disponible], mais à ce jour, je ne l’ai toujours pas reçue.

J’ai contacté votre service client à plusieurs reprises par email, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse satisfaisante ni solution à mon problème. Ce manque de communication et l’échec de livraison de ma commande sont totalement inacceptables.

Je demande une action immédiate pour résoudre ce problème. Soit je reçois ma commande sans délai, soit je m’attends à un remboursement complet.

First order went perfect, incl ‘emballage cadeau’.
That’s why I ordered again… delivery took 10days and unfortunately no ‘emballage cadeau’.
Outer packing (cardboard boxes) in both cases good.

Don't rate Cosma on fast delivery. In my case it was painful slow. but they deliver! Just give them time. You get your product for the lowest price. That is for me all that counts: value for money. One thing : communication is bad, what made me e doubt or give a feeling of not being a trustworthy company..but suddenly your product is there...call it a surprise . Order date 14th of December, arrived today 28th of December so unfortunately not on Christmas.

I ordered a powder from this website, and I’ve been waiting for over a month to receive it. I contacted the manager, who replied after a few days and promised to look into the issue, but it has been more than a month now, and there’s still no resolution. I followed up a second and third time, asking for help to resolve the problem or to issue a refund, but no one has replied at all. I am being ignored. I don’t think I will make any more purchases from this website. Terrible service.

After reading what seemed to be genuine reviews, I decided to order a perfume from Cosma Parfumeries.
