Fake fragrances
They were nice to give me a little sample, but their fragrances are fake.
I bought the 90ml black opium over red fragrance, read and got told that their fragrances and products are 100% authentic, yet I received my order and saw that the bottle looked off.
The packaging looked real, but was most likely tampered with. The price of the fragrance is suspiciously low, and the item I received is fake.
If you’re looking for real authentic products, then I advise you not to buy here.
I learnt my lesson, to not buy something extremely cheap, without researching the shop, because you get what you buy for.
But thank you for the sample, it’s very sweet of you, I’m just disappointed of receiving a counterfeit, when I’ve been told it’s all authentic.

Bought a perfum in September and didn’t arrive
I bought a perfume for a birthday present on September 30th, the gift was supposed to be delivered in early October and it still hasn't arrived.
I've sent several emails back and forth and they are stalling and they won't give me my refund.
They asked me for all my information as part of an "investigation", including a copy of my ID.
I requested a photo of where it was delivered to identify it and they didn't provide it to me.
I don't know where the mistake was. If the product never left the company or if it got lost between delivery and my address. I know I didn't receive it! I paid for the product and haven't received it, more than a month later!!!

I’ve been wearing Prada Luna Rossa Black for years. This is clearly a fake. From the scent to the bottle, nothing matches the authentic perfume.
Update:
I asked politely to return the perfume for full refund. They however DECLINE! This is against European consumer law. I am within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Absolutely disgusting. Bought here with hopes to save a little money. Oops. Be warned.
Update 2:
I have submitted a complaint with the federal government for counterfeit & fraudulent practices. I advice ANYONE with a similar experience to do the same.
Also if you have paid via Paypal or creditcard; you can issue a refund through them. That’s what I did.

SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Most probably fake deodorant
Most probably fake deodorant. Yves Saint Laurent, la nuit de l'homme deodorant stick. Hardly any parfume, turning mechanism broke after first time use, doesn't work as it should. I am using this type for 10 years or more.
Comsa will not help me, because I started using this stick more than 14 days after buying.
