Staff are very accommodating and pleasant. On schedule! Treatment went well with no problems or after effects. Looking forward to my next appointment with positives and great results. French Vanilla coffee was excellent!

I attended a job interview at Cosmedica Medical Center, which had been scheduled several days in advance. Despite arriving on time and being fully prepared, neither the HR representative nor the manager — who were supposed to conduct the interview — showed up. I was kept waiting for nearly an hour without any update, only to be interviewed later by an employee who was clearly not authorized or prepared for the process.

From the initial reception to overall communication, the entire experience lacked even the most basic sense of professionalism. The so-called interview was merely a repetition of the previous online meeting — no new questions, no meaningful discussion about the position.

As a candidate who values time and professionalism, I found this experience deeply disappointing. It was a clear reminder that an employer’s reputation is defined not by what they claim, but by how they treat candidates throughout the hiring process.

In the same week I had a hair transplant involving 5,700 grafts and revision rhinoplasty surgery on my nose.

Throughout these surgeries the staff member Simal and all the other staff members at Cosmedica provided me the highest level of care.

Accomodation at a 5 star hotel was pre-arranged, shuttles from the airport to the hotel and from their hotel to their clinics was pre-arranged.

Cosmedica staff taking care of all the logistics made the trip hassle free and gave me time to deal with the surgeries I undertook.

Along with Simal, I would like to offer special thanks to Elif who acted as a Counsel meaning she spoke with me prior to surgery and was a very reassuring presence throughout and also to my rhinoplasty surgeon Dr. Ufuk Durgan, trust me ladies and gentlemen this guy is the 'real deal'. He is an excellent surgeon who performed commendable surgery on my nose bringing it back to its original form.
