I cannot understand the bad reviews here 🤷🏻‍♀️

Today I ordered the 5. cream,

it works GREAT (and.. it’s the first cream in my life, that I really like for my mixed skin) and my wrinkles got less ! Some friends asked me if I had a lifting 😊

I bought Cosmedique all in one cream and I'm quite happy with the cream and its result.
I am very unhappy with the service, specifically with the fact the company decided I have some commitment to a subscription I did not want, did not ask for, and keep paying for, even though I wrote them to ask them to stop.
Beware!

Following the reply, I got from Cosmedique, (“ Your order is still eligible for a refund under the 100-day money-back guarantee so you are more then welcome to return it still for a refund. Please contact us at our address mail you need assistance regarding on this matter.”) I tried to contact them without success. I wrote to Cosmedique I do not ask for a refund as I did use the product. I stopped using it as I got a skin rash and I had am currently using a medical cream (Adaferin) prescribed by my dermatologist. I just want to make sure I shall not receive another tube of Ultra Concentrated Skin Rejuvenation for which of course I would be charged.
If I do not get an answer to my mail about my “ so called” subscription cancelling, I shall apply to the US Bureau of Consumer Protection.

NEVER received a contract

I have used this product for 4 years, it is expensive but it works. Good delivery, cream stops me getting wrinkles and keeps skin fresh looking. I am 76, nobody who does not know me believes my age.

Seems I am not the only person who has problems with this non UK country Cosmedique for being ripped off!! Also they take charges from your bank account first it was 82p but then it went to £4.56 along with £135.87 and surprisingly I had to use debit card as couldnt use credit card because they know that you can claim back from a credit card - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE FIRST BEFORE I MADE THAT PURCHASE! MY BANK HAS NOW BLOCKED THEM FROM TAKING ANY FURTHER MONEY FROM ME! I CANNOT AFFORD THIS !

I got screwed. You think you ORDER a sample but lately it turns up that you will pay for this. You will be charged for the purchase whatever you write or say. Stick to you local stores/websites.

I had payment stopped by the fraud department of my bank, as they went in for the full price of the product, at about €150, last night, when I replied to an advertisement, saying I would only be charged for p and p, for a 30 day free trial.
My bank have now cancelled my bank card, do they cannot do this again.
Don’t buy!
It is a scam!

Im so glad I looked here before purchasing . What I do see is customer service responding back to look at the website for terms and conditions to all customers . How about you display them where they are visible then you might not have this issue . Either way not going for it ! Thanks trustpilot

Thieves liars and deceivers. Robbed from me after I bought product for supposedly $39, but was informed that I was billed for over $2O0.Naturally I immediately cancelled but they failed to carry out my wishes. No ingredients listed on product so this remains a mystery and indicates that these people and there product are scammers.

Wow!!! Thank you trust pilot..so much. I nearly got sucked in by these thieves! Shame on you!
So sorry for all the ladies who have lost there money :( I hope you manage to get it back and this scam company gets shut down asap.
Although they are probably trading under a different name in the costa del sol by now .

Awful! I blame myself for not checking the reviews before making this purchase.
I feel so taken advantage of! I can’t believe they are using my card details to make recurrent purchases when I never actually subscribed for a membership !!
I am sickened and will literally never buy things online ever again from unknown companies!
I don’t even know if I can get my bank to block transactions from this company ???

Why nobody talks about their experience on using the cream? Why I only read about money being taking out and scam so on... talk about the product for people who bought it, i guess you guys used it or no,? Like I used the cream, I do like though how my skin feels after it feels smooth and like rejuvenated. Having said that I do not know what exactly is in the cream, they don’t have a ingredients list which I am not happy about. But I do use it and so far my skin is okay, no adverse reactions as far as I am concerned. Not sure what to say about this company but it doesn’t feel completely flawless. I find myself that I can’t trust 100%. And it’s true their customer service sucks as they always display this “professional” attitude in the emails. One thing I will say, you have to keep emailing them, asking questions etc keep the conversation like open. One trick guys: cancel and report the card you used for purchase as lost and stolen, then you won’t have problems with charges. Just an idea.

I was almost sucked into this vortex of scam charges and smug patronising response emails, How awful to be scammed out of money then to have a self righteous salt rubber singing company Trumpery, I can't think of anything worse, try hiring a human Cosmedique! Those responses those emails are dispicable shame on you those emails were what finally exposed the type of company you are, Make no mistakes, customer services, like real customer service never respond like that, I am so sorry this awful company is still misleading, thank you trust P, without you there would be more VICTIMS, Cosmedique I will be tweeting a truth tweet to my 10k followers an hopefully one of my bigger followers will run with it an get you the advertisements that you deserve.. U an Yr small PRINT.

I think people who sale women products like this getting their hopes up and taking their money too should have to pay for the women who they ripped off, the company should have to pay for the women to have face lifts. It's wrong to get a woman's hopes up and make her think she's going to look younger if she uses your product and take her hard earned money too! I almost bought some and I would have been pissed off thank you so much for your reviews. Shame on the people who are in this company, that is so twisted u do people the way u are! The only thing I found that works some is retina or tretinoin topical cream a good derma roller and tca chemical peels u can order from Amazon or go to a doctor for better results from a chemical peel. I've tried a lot of products I am 56 and laid in the sun and tanning beds all my life. Oh ya u can order retina cream on the wish app with no prescription required and cheap. I'm no doctor or anything I'm just an ageing woman looking for the fountain of youth or a miracle. I just bought a jawzrize and it exercises your jaw muscles I think it's pretty cool so far. I mean it will give u muscles in your jaw and it won't be as good as a facelift but exercise is good for u and it does help u look better and feel better. Wouldn't it be kinda cool if that the more wrinkles u got the more beautiful u was. My mom and my grandma sure we're beautiful women and they had wrinkles do I guess beauty is in the inside ! So that would make people who sale this bad product to us very ugly don't u think !

Another payment has been taken by this company, even after assurance that my account was cancelled. So distressing, so far taken £260, although one fund, another amount taken. Please, please, be aware! Response so not true, this is a scam company, pls do not order from this company. Pls just look at previous reviews...can we all be wrong?!!!

I have also been scammed by this company, deducted 169CHF when it was advertised for 39 CHF. And now I see my "refill" has also been sent my way. I was also charged 50 CHF for customs fee at Swiss border.
I am really sad tht so many women have been caught in this ruse, the sole reason is that we wish to feel good and practice some self-care, rather than become angry, upset, financially stung.

I have literally just had money stolen from my account by Cosmedique!!! I requested a convenient return package as soon as I realised that I was going to be charged the full amount, and as I was in the process of communicating with a customer rep, she charged me first 71 pounds, and then 82 !!!!!! I am devastated. This is beyond appalling.

I'm going to say Thumbs Up to TrustPilot that I still have my money
The downside is this company will continue to harass you to buy
We need to make all people aware of these scammers it's not fair as most people just want to look Younger and feel they need a product
