Ordered products worth £78 and paid £28 for shipping from CosmeSelect, only to be hit with additional customs charges of around €42.50 on delivery in Ireland. At no point during checkout was it clearly stated that these fees would apply.

This is misleading and feels scammy and hiding import charges like this is not acceptable. Customers should be fully informed of all costs before completing a purchase.

I strongly advise EU customers to be cautious before ordering from this site.

My order took super long to be shipped…

My order took super long to be shipped and I ended losing customers. Then problems with the shipping , my order was returned , then when supposed to be deliver and again it said they couldn’t first attend when I authorized no-signature. Long story short my experience was horrible, lots of stress, lost business and the company didn’t care. Nobody contact me to make a compensation when I claimed all this.
This is my second order and my second problem , my first one my order came with broken ampoules .

I placed the order on July 21st and it…

I placed the order on July 21st and it arrived on August 4th, well beyond the 4–5 business days promised. The worst part is that I was charged an additional €41 for customs and shipping. The seller did not specify that, on top of the shipping costs already paid at the time of the order, I would have to pay more upon delivery. For someone ordering from within Europe, it makes no sense to spend almost 30% more for a product that can be found from partner companies within the EU. The product was not collected and has been returned.

UK VAT is not included, as VAT and any customs duties may be charged separately by the destination country’s customs authorities. Disappointed experience losing 161.46£

I was disappointed with my experience dealing with CosmeSelect regarding my order shipped to the UAE. They could not provide the necessary documents for customs clearance because they do not have a partnership account with DHL. They explained that customs randomly check packages and mine was randomly selected for inspection.

To make matters worse, I paid a total of £240.10 for my order (£208.50 plus £31.60 shipment fees). However, they only refunded me £47.04. I had to pay £161.46 to send the item back to them through DHL, which was inconvenient since they do not have a partnership account to facilitate returns.

Order number CS-5862 and their compensation was a pologize email and in case if I traveled to London, they can offered a discount 40 percent for any online purchase in their store !!! Even I did not reply back to their email as it was not a professional response or even a professional experience.
