Popular dubai chocolates

Popular dubai chocolates, 9.99e package...I thought how cheap it is. I made a purchase, the cosmetic4joy page was charged... I did not receive a return email. Then they tried to charge me 2.99 euros and again today with 29 euros. Pure fraud from the site

Scam

Scam! I was sent a scam link posing as my health insurance provider. They try to charge you to cancel.

Update Dec 9th:
When i complained the customer service said they would only help me if I left a good review on Trustpilot. When they saw their review I received an email telling me that I could get a refund if I deleted this review. I have since gotten a refund from my bank. Scam business, they sign people up with phishing mails and then charge expensive memberships. They even tried to charge me to delete my account. Absolute scammers.

This is a section from thier email: "Important: In your review, we kindly ask that you avoid using terms like "refund" or "membership cancellation," as these can be confusing for other customers.
Instead, we would greatly appreciate it if you could write one of the following phrases: "good service," "good company," "thank you," "good experience," "good customer support," etc.

"Please note: Reviews including terms such as "refund" will not be considered positive, regardless of the number of stars given. Consequently, we will not be able to proceed with the refund process, which is a significant exception from our team."

I have now been contacted by…cosmetic4joy

I have now been contacted by cosmetic4joy offering a refund of my membership payment on the ground that I delete my previous review. They can keep my membership payment as this will not be happening. I repeat, they are scammers!

Careful, don't use service!

Absolute scam. First you're on a page that you think is Kiko Milano where you can order something cheaper. Then it turns out, with no information beforehand, you've started a subscription instead of receiving the item. Sure, there's a customer service, but then you struggle with them to get your money back and your data deleted. And it all starts with a scam. Beware of these guys. Cannot believe this is possible in the EU, it is definitely not compliant with customer protection laws.
Update August 5th: Since I first wrote this review, I have been contacted countless times by the company asking me to change it and promising me a refund. First of all - thankfully, I lost no money. It would have been small sums anyway, but I did get them back right away through my bank and I also blocked my credit card, so they got nothing from me that would need to be refunded. But it's interesting to see how they work: They rip off people and then promise to give the money back when they change their reviews. So this is the business model. And it explains why there are some positive reviews here. People just wanted their money back. This makes everything so much worse... also, they are not really based in Cyprus as it states on the website, but somewhere outside the EU.
