Trained with Lorraine today she was so knowledgeable and patient , I really enjoyed my course with her today and will be back to do more courses

I had Lorraine as my tutor today, I’ve done aesthetics courses for 10 years, and can honestly say I had the best day, really in depth knowledge, she was patient, she taught me so well, thank you so much, highly recommend

I did my training on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
I trained in quite a few things with 3 different trainers and all 3 days I really enjoyed.
Not only were the trainers very lovely and so down to earth they were also very knowledgable and answer any questions you may haves
I have come away more than happy with the training I was given and ready to start my new treatments.
I enjoyed it that much I have booked on another course on the 28th.

My experience at cosmetic couture was fantastic the tutor was second to none Lorraine Darker was her name , she was so nice she really put me at ease. Her knowledge that she passed on to me was very informative and interesting, she made the whole session enjoyable and I gained so much practical experience thanks to the models provided. Lorraine went above and beyond by sending me all the links of equipment that I could purchase and any information she thought would aid my confidence in doing the CO2 application on my own patients.

My second time training here.. amazing.. both trainers Jane and Izzy were great x

*EDIT*....My review is for Cosmetic Couture UK and Ireland. My initial point of contact was made about the course being advertised on the UK FB page. All enquiries and payments were dealt with by a girl called Paige in CC UK. The Belfast training location is also advertised through Cosmetic Couture UK. No mistake here.
*EDIT 2*...Can you explain then why Cosmetic Couture Education took my money? Why my correspondence was with Cosmetic Couture Education? Super unprofessional the more this goes on. Smh.
I didn't receive a receipt for same either so you might get on to your Cosmetic Couture Training Ireland branch and arrange that for me? Least you can do for £800. Cowboys.

Hugely disappointed with Cosmetic Couture Training. I chose this company for pdo thread training after seeing and believing their positive and professional online presence. I have had very poor training in the past and really thought this time I was going with a great company, the top of their game. How wrong I was!
I decided on training in Belfast as it's a 2hr drive for me rather than flights and hotel stay etc (which I was prepared to do and so thankful now I didn't)
I made enquiries and booked the 1 day training which was £800. This was to include 5 modes of treatment (mono,cog,fox eye,nose lift and lip flip)
Hands on, practical course was to run 10am-6pm with prior at home online reading.
I was contacted the day before to say we would start at 11am. No problem.
On arrival, I was told 1 model cancelled, which left us with 2. Not a whole lot of faces to practice on, I got some cogs and monos to do. Started hands on around 1pm, finished by 2.30pm(ish) Certainly not enough to leave feeling confident in delivering these treatments. The trainer (who was very nice) offered to organise another mornings training which meant another 4 hrs travel and another closed clinic day and loss of earnings for me. Not ideal but "models cancel" which is understandable. A much bigger model bank is needed really if courses are advertised and sold with the words 'plenty of models'
I returned a few weeks later (another 4 hr drive and closed clinic for me) to the same situation, not enough models!! The one 'model' I got for fox eye threads did NOT need this treatment so demonstration of 'before and after' wasn't effective at all.
Again, I left day 2 (1 model) with 2 out of 5 treatments incomplete so couldn't get certified for my 1 day course.

My trainer was very embarrassed about this situation and offered to come to my clinic where I could guarantee ample models.
I contacted Cathy with my issues around all this wasted time and inadequate training, suggested completing it in my clinic, sourcing my own models. Communication had become very slack at this stage, unlike before I paid for my course so I had to follow up a second and third time to get an answer.
Eventually she said I had to go back to Belfast for 1 model to do the 2 outstanding treatments.
Another 4 hour drive, closed clinic with loss of earnings and potential no show from the model. I was very reluctant. "Models cancel, that's out of our control" isn't something I wanted to hear again!
Finally I expressed my reluctance to attend a third time for reasons above and suggested to Cathy that of the 5 modules I should have had (100%) 2 are incomplete (40%) so would be happy to be certified for 3 completed (60%) and refunded for 2 incomplete.
I thought this was a very reasonable request all things considered.

I have been told at the end of all this carry on that the last 2 were separate courses and when I sent screenshot of me asking for confirmation of what was included in the course (confirmed by Cathy) she told me "we had you back twice" like it was a favour and that my only option was to travel a third time or she can send me a video to watch at home!!!!

For a company that blazes the trail for non medics and fights for non medic recognition in aesthetics I find it absolutely shocking that sending someone a video of how to inject a POM, put a cannula up someones nose and send them off is classed as sufficient 'training'

So, after 2-3 days training on what was to be a 1 day course I am £800 down with no certification! Cowboys come to mind.

I really had more faith in Cosmetic Couture Education. Such bad practice. Both clinically and professionally. If this company gets it so wrong, who I wonder can get it right.

I've just gotten home from another visit at cosmetic couture, I was greeted by Paige on the reception 💕
ive never had my nose done before, I was reluctant to have it as its been broken twice and after a nose jobe it still didnt look straight also a scar on the bridge.. well its the straightest it has ever been im so pleased with the results, Lewis the practioner was absolutely brilliant, Lewis you are excellent at your job, as well as training the 2 trainees, well done girls your doing great. Lewis answered all their questions I actually learned a bit myself,

Cathy, Heather, and the other practitioner who attended to me were all highly professional, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable. I would love to share my experience of training with Cosmetic Couture in Endopulse with Kyle. The course thoroughly met my expectations and more. I came away having learnt a new skill and treatment and really keen to get started. Kyle is very knowledgable and thorough and explained absolutely everything. I have attended several training courses with Heather and cannot recommend her highly enough.

She is extremely thorough and ensures that every aspect of the training is fully understood before you leave the academy, from pre and post care, to expected results, potential complications, and managing client expectations.

Heather is exceptionally knowledgeable and delivers her expertise in a clear and straightforward way. I have thoroughly enjoyed each course I have completed with her and always leave feeling confident to treat my clients. My favourite training so far has been PRP, a treatment I also love having myself.

Did my CO2 fractional laser course with Lorraine who was an absolute delight. she was very thorough and went over all the aspects. Couldn’t recommend cosmetic couture enough I will never go anywhere else in my training from start to finish and absolutely amazing experience.

Started my journey to remove some unwanted tattoos today.

Staff were great, friendly, professional and kind.

Straight forward process I was in and out in no time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid Cosmetic Couture – Unfair Policies, No Refund, No Support

I booked a course with Cosmetic Couture and had a terrible experience. They cancelled my course at the last minute and refused to refund me. Their terms and conditions say they can cancel within 72 hours (including weekends), which means if your course is on Monday, they can call late on Friday evening and cancel with no regard for your time or costs.

I had already paid for my train tickets, hotel, and closed my clinic to attend, but Cosmetic Couture took no responsibility for these losses. They even state they are allowed to cancel up to three times, which feels completely unfair and like a way of taking your money without guaranteeing training.

On top of this, I submitted a formal complaint three times – and they never responded to me at all. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.

Cosmetic Couture does not put students first, their policies are unreasonable, and their customer service is non-existent. I strongly warn others to avoid booking with them. They are saying we cancill your your course when we want and we dont give your money back and we dont care if you have booked hotel train and close your clinc and we can cancil your course 3 times because our term and condition say that. Even I never never sing any terms and conditions because I parchased the course via whats up adverb. I believe this is froud what they are doing. They say we take your money we cacel your course when we want and we dont give your money back and we dont care how maney times you need rebook hotel train and close your clinc.
