She was absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to find such genuine and attentive customer service these days, and Chelsea truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend CosmeticRX because of her outstanding support!

My experience thus far has been great. I've ordered from a few other online health services during my health journey and Cosmeticrx has had the best customer service of any of them. I was contacted a few hours after my initial online consultation by a real person (shout out Melissa) and had a quick introductory call that explained anything I had questions about. I haven't received my prescription yet, but feel confident that they will handle the process well. And if I have problems, I have a real person I can reach out to!

I made an order through Groupon. I had trouble at first using the code but was able to resolve it quickly and get my prescription sent.

Overall good experience. Only thing that I don't like s that the website doesn't send out notifications so when you have a message from your doctor you don't know and have to go check. Great price on products though!

I like the product..it does take my cravings away for the sweets. And I seem to get full faster. Big plus for me as I am a over eater and think about food all the time. The only problem I had was a o er charge , which they took off as soon as I let them know. All is good and I will continue to use this product!

I was concerned because I hadn’t seen any weight loss results, so I contacted customer support. Melissa explained the dosage and when I should start seeing results.

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription via email and on my dashboard. I was unsuccessful in getting this done. Cosmeticrx has not been able to bill my credit card after weekly attempts. Again I have proof requesting cancellation in November 2025.

I originally signed up on Groupon, and after my initial order, contacted the cosmetic Customer Service team via email to cancel my account and any future orders. I received a prompt email from them saying they’d be happy to help. It’s the third month now, and they continue to ship me costly shipments, and I am unable to reach a real human to resolve this. They never canceled my account or orders, and they continue to ship medication and charge me. The same thing happened to my husband. I have requested a phone call with a manager or any human being, but nobody gets back to us. we We continue to get the same exact form letter no matter what we write to the Customer Service team. Now I am thousands of dollars in to something I canceled three months ago with no way to reach anyone. This is by far the worst Customer Service and the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Very user friendly, very easy to walk through, the rep was very friendly. Everything was straight forward the order was easily placed. Very highly recommended.

I ordered Latisse 5 mg for their advertised $79 on 12/1. I filled out the website questionnaire but never heard whether it was approved or denied, yet they charged me $99. After multiple attempts to work this out with no response via customer support email or on their website, I had to file a report with my bank. I've used this company before with no issues but this has been a disaster.
