I sent them an email in which they responded revoking authorization for them to use my card. They then gave me instructions on how to cancel my account which I followed. I was offered the medication at a lower price, which I declined. The very next day they charged my card. I reached out to them immediately and their response was they will try to stop the pharmacy, but there is nothing they can do. They made a fraudulent charge on my account after it was canceled. Stay away from this company. I will be contacting my bank on Monday and doing everything in my power to make sure nobody else has to deal with this kind of nonsense.
I Extremely Disappointed – No Response, No Medicine, No Accountability
I placed an order with CosmeticRX over two weeks ago, paid in full, and still haven’t received my medication. They claim it was shipped, but there’s no tracking number, and the order status on their website hasn’t changed at all.
I’ve emailed multiple times and received zero response. This is completely unacceptable for a company that deals with health-related products. If you can’t fulfill orders or communicate with customers, you shouldn’t be in business.
At this point, it feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid CosmeticRX until they fix their customer service and delivery issues.

I started seeing Reddit posts saying people were paying $199 for their refills, so I emailed them with my concern and I’m now paying $199. Delivery and product were flawless and with the discount I’m able to continue indefinitely! Thank you.

Customer service is horrible and the only communication you have is through messaging in the portal and hoping you get a response in 7 days and sometimes no response at all. Prescription was approved and sent to pharmacy a week and a half ago and still have no confirmation or any idea when it will arrive.
Paid, no response to emails and no shipment
I've been waiting on my medicine since it was "prescribed" on 11/30. Ive tried multiple times to get the tracking number or some kind of update with little to no luck. I just switched over so I missed this week's dose due to the slow response. I would love for someone to just respond- ive paid and feel like something isn't right.

I was sent the wrong dose three months in a row. You can only communicate through their website or email. Their website says they respond to messages within 24 hours but it takes anywhere from 1-3weeks for a response. Trying calling the number online left multiple messages to no avail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was told I’d receive a the correct dosage complimentary after admitting their error. The dosage was never sent. They then backtracked stated it was delivered two weeks prior to them responding to the BBB which was the incorrect dose they said they would contact the pharmacy about. Their compound doesn’t seem to be as efficient either and they will continue to charge you after stopping your prescription.

I paused the refills and asked them to delete my account and they still charged me and shipped to the wrong address. Shame on CosmeticRX...I would never do business with them again.

I purchased a Groupon for this product late Sunday night, and a physician quickly reviewed the consult documentation by Monday morning. The support team contacted me very timely the next morning and was very helpful in walking me through the dosage and what to expect in the future. Patient, knowledgeable and kind. Amazing customer service!

This company is a joke!! I ordered once and the messed it up, it happens so I gave them a second try. Again, I ordered something, it took almost a month for a Dr to review I( all this happened the first time as well but I resolved it by keeping the product) it too another 3 weeks to receive my order. Then I submitted an order, it's been 2 months now and I still haven't received anything, I've contacted the company numerous times with no response. After numerous attempts they finally responded and tell me they don't have an account for me. Two weeks later I emailed them again and they tell me they just shipped my order after asking repeatedly to cancel my order. Now, again, they won't answer me!! Don't waste your money, I'm going to leave a review every day they don't resolve this so if you see a bunch from me it will tell you how difficult it is to get a response from them!!! They should have a -0 star review options for s**t a** companies like this!!!

im tech savvy so i had zero issue using the groupon for $99 + $30 shipping for tirzepatide from them. got it quickly like 3 days later and its a vial from prorx. they dont really communicate at all but theyre fast and of you know your way around a website lol theyre good. the price for any dosage is locked in at $200 which is really good too.

The process to get a prescription and receive my order was incredibly easy and customer service was top notch. From start to finish everything was quick, straightforward, user friendly, an excellent value and an actual person who was friendly and professional called me to go over my dashboard and prescription. Overall I have had an amazing experience so far and plan to recommend to my family and friends!

I hit a Groupon code for Latisse. I sent it to Cosmeticsrx and they charged me full price for the product. I reached out to them through their message system. They replied and said they did not receive the Groupon voucher. I sent it to them again, as they asked.
Since then they have ignored me completely, through email and messages. Unable to find a telephone number for contact. Next step is to contact my bank.

If I could give them a zero I would. This company has now taken $498 from me and I have only ever recieved my first vial. Their website had issues creating my first account so they had someone call me and enter my payment information again after I had already been charged the $29 for my Groupon price when I asked the sales rep if I would be charged again she said no to not worry about it and when we hung up, I immediately got charged the full price at $299. When I reached out, they ignored my request for a refund and instead offered me a new price of $199 a month instead of 299 I told them I would like to cancel my account and be refunded the 299 then charged me 199+ $29 for shipping. after I contact them about 4 to 5 times they realize their mistake and refunded me the $29 and $199. It has been over a month now and I have contacted them at least 20 times through email and threw their message system on their portal and they refuse to acknowledge any of my message request for the refund of the $299. I had to cancel my card through my bank so they wouldn’t be able to charge me anymore without my consent. I had to open up a dispute with my bank. I also had to contact Groupon because apparently I’m not the only person that this has happened to. This company is disgusting with how they treat their clients. They completely ignored. Any request I ever made for a refund and instead beat around the bush and tried to offer me discounted services in the future, which I do not want because they still owe me $299. This has been the worse experience ever.
