Guys…I discovered this shop while desperately searching for a bulgarian perfume bought from Sozopol in a summer. I am not from Bulgaria so I had to order online and I discovered sooo many products that made me order again and again!! Everytime when I tried something new I was more excited than the last time and now I can’t stop from ordering one time a month from them. Momentary I am only an online customer but I hope one day to be a physical customer in Varna at their shop!

My shopping experience was amazing. Not only the company offers high quality products but also exceptional customer service. It was my fist time shopping with them, and I made a mistake in my fist order. They went out of their way to amend my order, and I finally received my products. I live in the USA, it took about two weeks to receive my package . It was well worth waiting for it. I am going to continue shopping with them and recommend to all my friends and family members.

Amazing shopping experience! I made an online purchase of few beauty products because I was able to find these cheaper than the rest of the places. The order was processed very fast. After opening my package, I was pleasantly surprised with a few gifts that I got in there. There was a hand lotion as a gift that I tried and I immediately fell in love with it. I never knew I needed such a thing, it's like they know me better than I know myself.

First time using CB after looking for high quality, good value organic skincare on a budget. I noticed that my products were dispatched on the same day of my order which then happily arrived a day earlier than advised by DHL. Generous free gift of Bio Rose Oil as my order was over 75€. The ingredients of these products are on trend: edelweiss extract in the Diamond Rose Daily Face Cream and which handily has an SPF of 20. Hyaluronic acid is in a few of my ordered products - the substituted Tri-Milk Body Yoghurt, for example, as well as the Caviar Therapy toner and scrub, and Pirin Dream face mask. This is not an ingredient I regularly use however it seems to be in sufficiently small amounts for layering. The Bio creams at 45ml for face and hands at 1.31€ approximately are excellent for the money and perfect for travel. The Horse Chestnut foot gel I purchased for restless legs has arnica and lemon and smells powerful and natural. The Bio fresh lavender oil liquid soap is deliciously fragrant. Beautiful texture. And the Sea Stars face mask sachets are made with kaolin which is a great touch at 1.25€ for 15ml. The 10 X 1.2ml of Bulgarian Rose vials are an ideal refresher scent for keeping in your bag at 2.78€. I am impressed with the quality and thought put into CB's range. The Sisal back strap with Terry by Agiva at 6.81€ approximately is a stunning piece of exfoliating skincare, well styled, soft and durable. All the products I chose smell of what is described in the ingredients list. And most importantly are Cruelty Free.

Airy cosmetics and an incredible customer support team! I liked Bulgarian cosmetics more than La Mer for its lightness and the presence of natural rose oil. I came to Scotland from Ukraine only for 1 month for an operation, and the transport company let me down. But I was very lucky that Yosif Yordanov works for their company, he made many requests and I received the parcel on the eve of my flight to Ukraine, where parcels are not delivered now due to hostilities. Their customer service is wonderful and the products are very high quality and packaged really well for transit. Great service. Products shipped on the same day as purchase. Very friendly and helpful with emails replied to very promptly.

I purchased rose waters and they are nicely scented, gentle on the skin and I feel very feminine. I use them to apply mineral make up too.
Maybe it would be even better to use glass packaging, but I presume plastic is more convenient for shipping. Also a sprey part would be convenient. I will buy them again. The price is very acceptable. :-)
