Very professional experience

I was nervous about stepping into the world of cosmetic surgery as I don’t belong to the wealthy elite with money on tap, nor did I want to end up looking unnatural or feel pressured into a treatment I’d regret, so wanted to use seriously competent practitioners in preparation for a special wedding. The CSC and Dr Ward couldn’t have been nicer or more reassuring.They made me feel safe and in control. There was no pressure, if anything they were candid about procedures to avoid and guided my inexperienced concerns attentively.
So I had filler injections with Dr Ward, a talented professional who minimised discomfort, explained details and really looked at the particularities of my face in order to sculpt it beautifully but subtly. Combined with Morpheus8, the result was stunningly good, with minimal downtime. I am now a repeat customer and would highly recommend both the clinic, Dr Ward and others I’ve met on the team.

Morpheous 8 worked perfectly for me.

My lower face and neck was noticeably loosing its elasticity and the wonderful Ria recommended as the best option for me the Morpheous 8 for a natural look without compromising my face shape.
I had 2 sessions done and although the treatment is not the most comfortable Ria made sure I had everything I needed to go through the session.
Her professionalism, calmness and expertise made the treatment a lot more easier to get through and the results are amazing 🤩
I look more fresh faced, my skin is firmer and tighter with more youthful appearance.

I have had various treatments and have always been super happy with the outcome and effects. The treatments are always discussed and explained in detail and the results never disappoint. Thank you to the team for making me feel great and confident!

I have been a patient for many years. Each time I get my treatments the service standards fall a little more and a little more. Above average pricing for a very average/poor result. Last time I attended the ladies toilets were messy - just slipping so much. Everything seems a rush and a hassle. I’m disappointed and will no longer visit here and find elsewhere in the City.

Everything about this lovely clinic is so good. The welcome from the front desk staff, they are so professional, so friendly and helpful, offering refreshments , tissues when I sneezed, or a boiled sweet when I had a tickley throat,!! all of them deserve 5 stars .. Then the actual consultation with Matt , about my 4th visit, he is the consumate professional, explains, discusses, nothing is too much trouble, any questions answered with honesty and integrity. The administering of the injections were a tad uncomfortable, but never painful, and Dr Matt was reassuring and telling me what was happening. Personal space is respected, except of course when undergoing treatment, but is carried out in a non intrusive way, even though it us of course an intrusive procedure, I never feel overwhelmed or unable to continue . My experience here is just wonderful, as are the results After a few days, any slight bruising has gone, and after a couple of weeks the results, that are natural , are evident .I honestly cannot find fault with anything at this beautiful clean clinic. It's like going to visit friends, with visual benefits !!! I look forward to my next visit in April.

I have been having regular treatments with the amazingly talented Georgina for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The clinic at Stoke Poges has just the right balance between clinical and comfort, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Georgina is professional, kind and patient. I have been having regular treatments with Melissa Fitzgerald for Sculptra since 2022 and the advice and experience have been excellent, feel in great hands, dont feel a thing and would highly recommend.

I was very anxious about starting any treatments initially. I knew I wanted to improve the look of my skin but was very very cautious at first. Lee was very patient with me and talked through lots of options. He's a very good listener and having been to see him now a couple of times, I trust him completely. I recently attended the Cosmetic clinic in Stoke Poges to undergo a consultation. Needless to say, I was nervous about this appointment, unsure of what to expect and was feeling as though I would be out of depth.

On first impressions; the clinic provided a peaceful, warm and pleasant environment and I was greeted by two ladies at the front desk – both of whom were polite, welcoming and approachable, which helped provide a calming effect.

My actual appointment was undertaken by Ria Murch who instantly expressed a soft and gentle demeanour, which of course was comforting. Ria opened the consultation by asking a couple of key questions and allowed me the opportunity to speak openly and honestly about my situation, provide a bit of background and address the reasoning behind my attendance.

I felt no pressure or judgement in front of Ria.

Ria gave me (what I felt) was honest advice both from a professional point of view as well as a realistic (woman to woman) point of view. She was sincere and natural in her dealings with me and for that I am truly grateful.

Having approached the appointment with a slight apprehension of being addressed in an undermining and judgemental manner. I left having been able to have a genuine and warming conversation with another woman who offered me kind and reasonable words about me. Embracing my shape and body and providing advice through a humane and realistic set of eyes (not my own) – which was touching.

I have been having Botox for twenty years and after my first Botox doctor (who was brilliant) retired, I struggled to find a good practitioner with the expertise that is clearly needed. I wasted a lot of money and time going to practitioners who didn’t know what they were doing but said they did! With some horrible results. Where I met Dr Melissa Fitzgerald. I found Dr Melissa to be very caring and listens to how I feel about myself. Dr Melissa is extremely professional, and I would highly recommend Dr Melissa for cosmetic treatment, I would not go anywhere else.
