Stay away from this useless site, ineptitude at its finest, you will waste your time, money, and sanity, they never process your order, never tell you when order is arriving, you wait and wait only for them to cancel on you 3/4 Weeks later, and then just cancel order when you try a second time, stay away no good really sneaky site

I have made a couple of mistake with creating my account and order. The support team was able to advise and let me make the necessary change which was very helpful.

I was going to leave 1 star originally as i bought perfume for a gift and it took a little over 3 weeks to arrive and i was filthy. But the customer service was good and they did reply pretty quick to my emails. I did have to keep on them and complain to get it posted though. If you want a product quick i wouldnt order from here.

I have ordered mens grooming products from Cosmetics Now and they were both very well priced and turned up in the timeframes promised in very good condition. I would highly recommend these guys.

I ordered in August. It's now October. My order is still listed as pending. If they don't have the products on hand to send, they shouldn't have them on their website as available to purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with Cosmetics Now. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated the clear communication and timely updates. Small print on the product page shows the product I ordered with a 7-15 day dispatch timeline. It’s been 17 days so far and I’ve been advised it will be another week until the product arrives at their warehouse & then they need to ship it out.

Edit: Cosmetics Now is trying to get this removed (and my other 1 star review of them on another site) because it appears they try to suppress legitimate 1-star reviews and leave inflated, incentivized reviews on here, Google and other review sites, to offer a skewed perspective of their store.

I have written dozens of reviews and I am a real person-- my experience is direct with the Cosmetics Now, where I have bought from them before, and their website where I attempted to purchase makeup but was charged 7x the RRP at Cosmetics Now. I obviously did not give them my money when they charge 700% more than other retailers. This is a legitimate criticism of their site and products, which would be remedied if most of their prices were in line with RRP, which they are not.

It's alarming and disconcerting how badly they are fighting this review and that they have flagged this review, as if they have something to hide. Further evidence they are skeevy and cannot handle criticism of their company.

Cosmetics Now are an average reseller (potential dropshipper?) of grey import and sometimes old stock, kind of like OzSale and Strawberrynet and places like that, except unlike the other stores they mark up a lot of their stock at 700% markup. When buying from them, it's obvious some things are probably drop shipped from grey market sites as things will sit as pending for a long time, and when receiving packages, they will sometimes have nondescript packaging. The package my sister received took about 5 weeks to get here, this is from an 'Australian' retailer.

And their price markups are insane. I was looking for some Essence nail polishes today and was flabbergasted when I saw a what was meant to be a $3.50 RRP nail polish at over $24 dollars on CosmeticsNow. They should be ashamed, it's almost 8x the price. I started navigating their website and to my horror, every single Essence cosmetic product has a 700-800% markup on the Cosmetics Now site. This is a cheap brand you can easily get in stores in Australia, Priceline had the same shades of polish for $3.50.

Looking at K-beauty, much is the same... common asian beauty brands sold by Priceline and Yes-style are $25 on CN when the RRP is about $7.... it was mind boggling how crazy the markups are.

Shop around, use google, lens, check out official stockists of brands, check other grey import sites and don't give Cosmetics Now your money, they are a rip off.

Lastly, Trustpilot should look into these reviews because they read as incentivized to me, they have waaaaay too many reviews for a small retailer and way too many 5-stars. To put it in perspective, Amazon.com.au has 500 reviews on Trustpilot, but CosmeticsNow has 1754. Apparently you guys are more popular than Amazon? Yeah right.

From time of purchase to the time of shipment is 3-4weeks plus delivery time on top of that. Absolutely disgraceful in this day an age.
And they just don't care about it when you contact them.

Please dont go to this platform. They lost my parcel without refund and told me to call Canada post, go to post office, (I did) walk to check my neighbour. Enough...you are not hire me investigate my parcel. You guy has to do it. Dont think only the products your guy carry. Terrible Ronit

Excellent product. Price. Communication.

I have been a customer of Cosmetics now since early 2024 with placing my first small order to see the turnaround time and also the product quality. I was very happy with my first order. Since then I have placed multiple orders with them and they are 100% genuine and always provide authentic products with very competitive pricing. The customer service team is always helpful and supportive with queries and even price match if it changes after the order has been placed. I highly recommend Cosmetics Now

It has been 6 weeks now when I ordered. I asked for a refund and no reply. I have emailed them 3 times. This place is a big scam. Do not buy any products from them.

After I wrote my initial review, the company reached out to me and gave me a 50% refund and miraculously delivered the cologne within 3 days.

Funny how they missed their 2 week service agreement even though it said on their website it was in stock.

Anyway the motto is if you've genuinely been stuffed around write a negative review and they'll send it to you quick smart.

I give them some credit for reaching out and doing the right thing.

Shocking company. Avoid at all costs!! Paid for Dolce & Gabbana The One EDP. Site said it was in stock and ready for dispatch.

2 weeks later still nothing! They haven't responded to my emails, won't answer calls.

Terrible company. Took my money and NOTHING!! Literally NOTHING!

Now I have to file a claim to try and get my money back.

This is an honesty review. I have nothing to hide.

Just warning people to be wary.

I just made a order unfortunately I order the wrong one i got onto the comany and they help me straight away

(Update- they fixed the issue, I got my product. While it took posting a review to get action, at least they were genuine about fixing the issue. I’ll update the score from one to three stars as the initial issue still stands. I’ll give them a go again as they are cheap and will fix issues which is fair).

Placed order, they took the money then went quiet. I followed up 2 weeks later, got the stock phase 'transit delay' and will be in next week. Next week came and went, heard nothing. Emaiedl back, heard nothing. It's now almost a month and waiting for them to get back to my email enquiry. Not sure why they sell something they don't have, or why they make the customer chase them for updates then they feed the customer bs. Not a great experience using them for the first (and last) time.

Worst experience ever. Shouldn’t be callled Cosmetics Now, should be called Cosmetics Whenever! Ordered a perfume over 15 days ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. After contacting them, they said it was caught in customs. So clearly they don’t have product in Australia. Don’t order anything if you want it in a hurry!

Ordered product on 21st August. Still not shipped 3rd September and took payment twice. Did refund but took their time Buy from Adore Beauty. much faster delivery.
