Very disappointing experience from start to finish
I placed an order on 6.10.21. On the same day I got an email showing a delivery label had been printed but no pick up from the courier's had happened. On the 13.10.21 I emailed the company asking when I could expect my order, 14.10.21 I got a refund "at your request". I had not requested a refund.
Very strange to take a customer's payment only to refund them. I am quite disappointed with the whole experience.
