I gave four instead of five star because the other was delaying and I had to call before they shipped the other . Packaging was great and price was also good .

My order consisted of 3 different products, it was sent in 2 different shipments, the first one to arrive is terrible, it has an ugly smell and with a very common texture, which is rare because this is about oils, translated from communicating with Cosmetix but there is no answer, the other 2 products are perfect.

Not much communication at all and shipping takes a really long time!! Very sad because the products are amazing!! Either this company needs to hire more help, or if it’s a stocking issue, put a disclosure on the website!!

I ordered the 100 piece mixed cosmetic box. Product was great. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was shipping. My order wasn’t shipped for almost a week after ordering. However, once shipped it was here within 2 days.

My first order took a while to be delivered and there was no status update so I was worried that it might have been a scam site. However there was much improvement with my second order.

As a business owner it would be beneficial to see and know what items are placed in the mixed packages

Placed order on a Monday and it didn't ship until the Friday, just to give an idea of their processing time. I ordered two 50 piece lots of makeup and paid for 2 day air shipping. Only one lot was shipped. I thought maybe they combined the 2 lots during shipping but when it arrived, I only had half my order. I waited a few days and there was still no update on the rest of my order so I had to email them. The next day I was refunded for the missing piece of my order and was emailed. So, apparently they are selling items they don't have in their possession. I was told that after I placed my order, and Cosmetix went to get it from a supplier, the supplier had already sold it to someone else. But it was still listed for sale on their website for a least a few more days, that's all I checked for. And the fact that they just didn't send it and also didn't say anything nor did they refund my money until after I asked where my order was days and days after shipping. They just kept it until I reached out to inquire about what was going on. I'm such a stickler for communicating in all aspects of my life, especially my business. So, I don't understand companies that don't communicate with their customers when there are hiccups. I should have been informed immediately, given a refund immediately (I shouldn't have had to reach out) or given the option to choose something else for equal or lesser value). So, I was a bit turned off and I am unsure if I will buy from them again. Can they be trusted? Why sell items you don't have and that can be sold without your knowledge by a supplier which then affects your customers? Not getting my order inconvenienced my business because the supplies I should have had, I didn't . And if they had of communicated from the start, I could have quickly ordered something else. My sale ended up being 50 pieces shorter than what I promised my customers. I'll have to really think on if I'll purchase from them again. But the lot I did get was okay. I got some nice high end cosmetics but uneven in how much stuff of each brand I got. It was definitely heavy with just Nars and Too Faced. The other name brand cosmetics: I got anywhere from 1 to 5 of each. So, the variety was of cosmetics were just, meh 😕. Lots of Nars. Lots of Too Faced. A little of everything else.

very professional .. they answer right away. All mistakes were corrected very quickly.. I am very satisfied and we will cooperate in the future for sure!

absolutely receiving no emails no info its been days since ive placed my order and have contacted them multiple times and getting nowhere my order 38351 nowhere to be seen i paid £450 for this!!!!

Very prompt with response and shipping, excellent customer service. Product exactly as described! Will be using again!
