Typically ship orders out on time...
They typically ship orders on time, but two out of five were delayed this time around and then the shipping company had delays so it took a total of 2 weeks to receive. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 rating. Ben was responsive and got back to me in a reasonable time frame, so that helped.
