Hummed and harred about which conversion company to go to for my pop-top - it’s a lot of money to spend so had to be perfect. Cosmic Campervans was just that, from start to finish. The final result was immaculate, better than i’d imagined, love it. Great price, no hidden charges or anything like that, just straight up, genuinely nice people. Explained and communicated everything well, pleasure to deal with. Any more work i need doing on my van, i will go back here in a heartbeat.

Great company to deal with, friendly, helpful and speedy service. The guys are helpful, prompt and get on with the job in hand. Recommend to anyone that needs any work doing on a campervan! These guys really know what they are doing and really care! Great little company!

We converted our T5 ourselves 2-3 years ago and have continued to improve it over time. After spending a wet and windy 2 weeks in Scotland with two dogs we decided we would like more room, so we made the decision to fit a pop top roof. After much research decided to go with Cosmic Campervans. A great decision, as from start to finish we had an excellent all round experience, very professional, quality product and excellent service. Would recommend them at any opportunity.

Had poptop fitted which was condemned by manufacturer due to extremely poor fitting.
Had to have complete new roof fitted.
Cosmic refuse to accept liability blaming product, own staff and even tried blaming us for their incompetence.
Worse still is the fact that the van completed the week before ours was in exactly the same situation and also having to have full replacement

Having read many 5-star reviews of Cosmic Campervans, and after watching various videos demonstrating their work I felt confident I’d be in safe hands. Having a pop-top roof fitted is a major step for sure, something I was nervous about, but Dario took the time to carefully and fully answer my list of questions!! Upon dropping my T5 off with the team, I felt very much welcomed and put at ease. Matt kept me well informed of the progress throughout the week, sending several photos across to me that nicely document the van’s conversion. When I collected, Dario again took great pride and gave us a really thorough and professional handover. He took the time to make sure I was happy, and the quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. As a family we look forward to many many great adventures ahead with our new Storm pop-top, and a big thanks goes to Cosmic Campervans. Highly professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with - you can place your trust in Dario, Matt and the team. Thank you guys.

I have just picked up my T5.1 from Cosmic Campervans where I trusted them to carry out a large portion of my camper conversion for me. Before booking in with cosmic, I got multiple quotes from other well-known companies, none of who came even close to the customer service I got from cosmic from day 1. Dario spent hours on the phone with me, even before I booked in giving me advice and help on multiple conversion topics and guiding me through the process. He listened and understood my needs and helped me tailor what I wanted to ensure we could utilise our van in the way we intended when complete (as a first-time van owner, this was gold dust!). He then went on to quote me for the work we, together had specified at a very competitive price. When my van went in to cosmic, I met the guys who would be carrying out the work, they were friendly, knowledgeable and gave me confidence that my van was in the right hands! Throughout the time my van was with cosmic, I got regular updates via phone and email from Matt who sent me photos of the build and ensured I was happy with the work they were doing. When it came to collecting my van, I had some logistical problems (due to borrowing a car from a family member while my van was away). Cosmic understood this and went above and beyond to help accommodate my awkwardness. The finished article was spectacular and the handover/explanation of how to work all of the electrical equipment was second to none, with the offer of support post collection being made clear too. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service or end product. I can’t rate these guys highly enough, if you are considering converting a van (or getting any other conversion related work done) don’t bother going anywhere else.

Having decided to having extras on our Campervan ( pop top conversion, diesel heater insulation and wind out awning ) and having reviewed other companies we decided to go with Cosmic Campervan’s, we were not disappointed. Their customer service was excellent we were kept updated several times in the week,we received photos each stage showing progress of the conversion.
Little extras like picking up and dropping off at local train station meant a lot. Even our gift from Cosmic Campervan’s was a lovely touch.
Dario, Matt and all the team in summary are so highly professional, welcoming. Courteous and treated our van as if it was their own. We have no hesitation in highly recommending to others. Once again many thanks.

I AD A SKYLINE AURORA ROOF FITTED ON A T6 JUST LAST WEEK AND BI FOLD BED LWB ROOF IN ONE PIECE WITH THE LATEST LOCK DOWN SYSTEM THE LADS DONE A BRILLIANT JOB MORE THAN HAPPY TURNED IT AROUND IN A FEW DAYS IF ANYONE OUT THERE NEEDS A POP TOP ETC THESE ARE YOUR GUYS , LOOK NO FURTHER .THANKS GUYS, STEVE

Dario and the team are fantastic, great service quality work, could not recommend them enough, we had a skyline Aurora pop top and Thule omnister 4900 awning fitted 2 weeks ago, and all was completed in 4 days thank you very much COSMIC CAMPERVANS 🤙🤙🤙

Cosmic campervans fitted our pop-top roof last week. The service was second to none, incredibly friendly and extremely professional. We are delighted with the roof and quality of workmanship. Dario was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He fully welcomed our youngest son, who is campervan mad, into the workshop and gave him a tour. We will definitely use this company again. We recently had a planar heater fitted. Great service from start to finish, arrived first thing, and by the end of the day, had my heater fitted and they even serviced my van at the same time! Having the added benefit of using their office so I could continue to work was a real bonus for me! Couldn’t fault their service and products and would certainly recommend!
Thanks Cosmic, we now have a toasty warm van ready for our winter adventures!
