Cosmic Collectables Reviews

Amazing once again. Packaged well, as described. Thanks a lot!

Wicked little shop tucked away in Welshpool.

Nice little shop tucked away always managed to find a surprise in there. And where I’m local
The post service is brilliant. With timely dispatch and delivery. Will continue to use time and time again.

An amazing shop with such friendly owners, who are so knowledgeable, couldn’t ask for a better place for people who love card games

Product received as ordered, promptly and in good condition. Would order from this seller again.

Ordered online and was a smooth process. The order was shipped the next day and received everything I ordered. Well packaged too, which for TCG cards is so important!

Ordered here a few times everything was great however currently got a order which should of arrived a few days ago but still hasn't arrived and can't get a hold of customer service or anyone

Ordered a couple of single cards from their website on 25/06. Good prices, no issues with using website or making payment. Quick delivery as the order arrived by 27/06. The cards were packaged with care; each card was in a penny sleeve, inside of a toploader. I’ve experienced this with other websites where I’ve ordered singles. However, as an extra precaution they then sandwiched the cards between two pieces of cardboard, then all placed within a hard back envelope. I thought that was a nice touch to show extra care to protect the cards. Very happy with service and would use them again.

Excellent service, will definitely be purchasing more cards from Cosmic Collectables in the near future. Reasonably priced items and the product arrived securely in excellent condition.

A great shop, I'm an online customer and I've always received great service. The prices and mega bundles are great value for money. Also when I ordered a Journey Together mega bundle and an ETB wasn't available they went out of their way and put me a Destined Rivals ETB by to make up for this. Highly recommend and thank you again.

Always top top service from the team whether in person or online. They go out of their way to accommodate and look after their clients. Annoyed it has taken me this long to find them!

My first pokemon pre-release, everyone was incredibly helpful. Would recommend this shop to everything they have a great stock on all card games

Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and plenty of product to choose from.

Thank you for great service. Cards arrived quickly & well packaged

Was robbed by the post office and I've sent you s email to claim my money back but no reply won't be using your online shop again and won't be recommended your shop to anyone else either

All good, price and delivery

My first time buying from Cosmic Collectibles and had a great experience. My order was dispatched quickly and arrived quickly too. Everything i ordered arrived as expected and some decent prices. Would buy from again!

Bought Pokemon TCG productions (paldean fates) ... fast service, amazing prices, great LOCAL people. Support your local businesses guys!

Parcel arrived on time and well packaged as usual. Great service from an amazing company who will go out of their way to make sure the customer gets what they need.
I’ve been a customer for a long time now and truly can’t fault them. I’ve always been able to buy the Pokémon cards I’ve wanted even when they’re difficult to obtain elsewhere.

The product was delivered on time and it arrived perfectly.

For a small card shop, the service is very good here. I expect it to get much better as the store expands
