They allow fraudsters to misuse other people’s email addresses to register accounts and buy drugs from Russia to the UK. I contacted them to remove the account linked to my email after receiving shipment notifications, and they claimed the issue was resolved, but I continued receiving emails requesting order reviews. Liers.

I’m always grateful for the products that Cosmic provides. My health has improved drastically over the past few years of use their products.

I chose Cosmic Nootropic because I had heard from others and believed in their commitment to transparency and customer service.

I had trouble with my second order- and I needed to contact support to resolve my issue. Not only was my issue resolved entirely, but I have seen dramatic, measurable results from the products I purchased.

I placed an order about a year ago and recently wanted to order again. I saw an ad of the webpage of Cosmic Nootropic claiming I could get 20% off my next order by leaving a review. But when I clicked the ad to learn more, it immediately redirected me to the review page on google with no information about terms, conditions, or what qualifies for the discount. After submitting my review, I was told by support team that I didn’t qualify because I didn’t include photos or videos, effectively rejecting my review after the fact. This feels misleading and like dodgy marketing. Companies should be upfront about the rules instead of sending customers straight to leave a review, only to turn them away afterward. Learn from my expert and save yourself the time and aggravation. Avoid ordering from a vendor who doesn't stands behind their promises. You won’t find that with Cosmic Nootropics! The owner is Russian, and the customer service still operates with outdated, dodgy practices that treat customers as low priority. If Cosmic Nootropic wants to do real business, they need to get rid of these old communist school, unprofessional methods. Very misleading marketing and dismissive support make this a vendor to avoid.
Regarding CN question: It’s quite manipulative to pretend you don’t know how your own website operates, especially when you’ve set up a direct review submission link without any mention of terms and conditions. I also noticed many reviews without photos or videos. Overall, this feels like a shady Russian setup — avoid this vendor.I contacted CN customer support but they are useless sending me terms and conditions after I wrote a review and because I have not got photos or videos to upload - they refused to give me 20% off per the ad on CN webpage.

At first I didn't realize there was more than one package, but everything arrived on time. I received everything in perfect shape.

Great products, but limited in powders. Sometimes products are sold out given the tariff situation. I cannot ship from C I S countries meaning there’s less availability of products and slightly higher prices. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the website and the products offered. The one thing I would try to improve is offering products from the CIS zone through other countries to avoid tariffs. Also, it would be a great benefit if you sold dexamethasone Eye drops.

DO NOT ORDER FROM COSMIC NOOTROPICS!!!
I placed an order back in July for 3 products that were supposedly in stock. I was sent tracking information and waited patiently for my package to arrive, while checking the DHL website for updates. Well all tracking activity ceased the day after my order was placed interestingly. I contacted both DHL and Cosmic Nootropics after being told by both of them to contact each other. I was told by Cosmic to wait until August 7th. I relayed that info to DHL who said there was no need to wait and as the merchant, THEY, NOT ME, would need to contact DHL to open an investigation to find the lost package. I relayed that to Cosmic. They insured me they were sending a reshipment and I would receive it the middle of this week. Well, the end of the week has arrived and still nothing!! In fact, another order was “created, on August 7th, but it says “on hold!” There are over 20 email messages with this company. They have done nothing but stall. There is no delivery for me…there never was. I will be leaving reviews on sites suggested by ChatGPT. I’m disputing the charge and reporting them as one of the vendors as untrustworthy and with questionable business practices. Learn from my expert and save yourself the time and aggravation. Order from a vendor who stands behind their promises. You won’t find that with Cosmic Nootropics!
