This company is the real deal and hands-down my favorite new website and merchant/vendor to do business with I selfishly jokingly even said I almost don’t want anyone else to find out about these guys lol truly a rare gem amazing catalog of products from All natural/Herbal to Nootropic to some pharmaceutical/prescription and they offer some truly rare finds pretty much exclusive to Cosmicnootropics and don’t just take my word for it. Listen to all the other amazing and positive reviews from YouTube to Google Trustpilot to Cosmicnootropics website itself I really enjoy their YouTube channel as well. I will say their US based warehouses is truly a blessing for other United States customers, and I do feel badly for some of the other reviews saying that they never received their product I used basic ground shipping and received my package in 5 days! And I am mindful of the fact, however, that if it was being imported overseas internationally, more than likely, I would not have this five star positive review to leave as it’s just the reality of it packages being seized by customs and border patrol, but from what I understand, the kind and helpful folks that cosmic can provide you with a letter you can use in the event this happens to at least improve increase your odds of receiving products whether they are seized or lost in transit as nothing on their website is actually illegal I mean no controlled narcotic medications or anything like that. My current favs are without a doubt their Picamilon (Nicotinoyl GABA) their Grandaxin/Tofisopram and I cannot wait to place my next order for their Stresam (Etifoxine), Afobazole and Pantogam active capsules (Hopantenic acid) I have been suffering from almost crippling/debilitating panic attacks/panic disorder, treatment resistant anxiety major depression, and PTSD ever since I was only 4-5 years old and I am no stranger to the benzodiazepines, SSRI’s etc most effective for me being Klonopin (Clonazepam) they just do not like to prescribe unfortunately even if you are adamant to the prescriber that you take them only as needed and have been medication compliant through drug screens/urinalysis and or random pill counts unfortunately it’s just not something that they want people being prescribed or taking long-term, beyond frustrating for what really is for many… Simply not a short term, small problem or issue, but quite the contrary, a lifelong chronic battle, I guess it’s illegal to seek relief for both physical emotional and psychological suffering or to be at peace/content with a trade-off for quality of life versus quantity of life?! so you can imagine why I am so grateful to everyone of the folks there at Cosmicnootropics 💯🙏🏼 also since I am leaving you a in detail review, figured I would mention also I had no issues at all using my PayPal debit MasterCard either, Keep up the great work Cosmicnootropics! My order was delivered quickly and products are always as expected

Fast, tracked, communicative shipping and customer service. Piracetam 1st time tryout has been nothing short of astounding. I am a 49-year-old woman with ADHD and I work in the medical field. On the days that I have taken Piracetam, I haven’t needed my usual methylphenidate dose. I think more clearly, all executive functions are sharper, and my libido has even improved. Have others experienced enhanced libido (drive and orgasm intensity)?? I’m only taking 600mg BID. Only negative s/e is mild insomnia if I take the second dose in the afternoon. Thanks for enhancing my life & in turn, those of my patients!

I ordered two notropics. One of which was seized by customs. They offered no refund and would not ship another package. Their only advice was to contact DHL, after doing so DHL told me to tell the seller/merchant to open a lost package investigation. After FWD them the email, they would not open the investigation and offered nothing in return. Completely incompetent company. Be careful. You could lose your money.

Customer service has reviewed my case and determined that it qualifies for a reshipment or refund. I am truly impressed by the extraordinary lengths they went to in ensuring my order was properly addressed. Over the course of more than 20 emails, we worked together to find the best possible solution for my unique situation, as I reside on a small, partially remote island in the Philippines.

After carefully exploring all available options and providing detailed information to clarify the situation, I chose the reshipment option. This time, the package will be shipped from a much closer country rather than the U.S., which should help minimize transit stops and avoid problematic regions.

I want to express my gratitude to Vlada and the entire customer service support team for their exceptional care and dedication. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I felt valued as a customer. While I remain hopeful for the best outcome this time, even if there are further challenges due to my location, I am confident that customer service has genuinely done everything in their power to assist me.

Everything was very smooth, items were quickly processed for shipping and once shipped they arrived on time. The owner is very active on social media and I was able to have any questions answered no problem. Once the product arrived it was high quality and was exactly what was expected. Overall 10/10, this is a business where quality and customer service vary greatly, but CosmicNootropic really is among the best.

Usually a really good experience with no issues. This time it took over a week to get my order processed due to cart issues that even support couldn't figure out. Eventually, I did. However, there were a few things in my cart that were in a really good special that ran out before the order finally was able to process. Very frustrating.

Update: I'm going to change this to 4 stars from 3 because Cosmic took the time to reply to this post and send me an email. I'm sure next time will be a 5 starrerrr

I love the eye drops I get, Visomitin, they are the only drops that make my eyes not dry. The shipping is very expensive but seems to be getting better so I think they are working on it. I wish the free shipping limit was a little lower. Because the quality of the eye drops I use are so good and helpful it makes me confident to look into their other products, they seem to really care about quality.
