I emailed the casino after losing big amounts in July and am requested to block my account as I have gambling issues they immediately blocked my account .
After 3-4 months I felt the urge to play and came across cosmo bet ..advisor opened the account without any checks and I lost £4500
I contacted the casino as this is failure if responsible gambling ..but they said casino can open anytime also I wanted to escalate to licensing authority but no procedure priovided

I genuinely request everyone not to play at this casino. I deposited £100 and placed an £8 bet on roulette and lost, so my balance should have been £92. Instead, it dropped to £27. I was really shocked.

I deposited and played again and managed to make £393, which I then withdrew. When I checked an hour later, I saw that my withdrawal had been rejected. I tried three or four more times, and it was rejected every time.

I was using only my real money and avoided all bonuses so I could withdraw my winnings without issues. I emailed them, and they replied saying I needed to wager £60 again to withdraw my money—but why? It wasn’t bonus money.

I had no option, so I played again and lost everything. This is the worst online casino, and I urge everyone to avoid it and report it to the relevant authorities.
