The cosmoprof credit card is it Scam company they keep stolen money and then they will infect the credit score with no reason why however you have no any mistake.

I have been a loyal customer, always paying on time and in full. However, CosmoProf wrongly marked my account as late, charged unjust fees, and kept my credit at 99% for years despite no real overdue payments. I paid fees I should not have paid because they insisted it was a late charge, even though I never missed a payment. They refused to correct their errors or explain them clearly. This has affected my credit unfairly and cost me money. I strongly warn others to be careful and demand transparency and fairness from CosmoProf.

I am extremely sick of the way the…

I am extremely sick of the way the marketing department is labeling sales. You claim buy 2 get the second 50% off. So, you have a sale of 25% off. We as hairstylist can do math. We do fractions for color every day. It is extremely frustrating, feels like you are assuming we are ignorant. Liters are almost never more than 25% off. You are trying to make it sound like a better deal. We know better.

Watched like hawks??

Went to huber heights location about 4pm today and the whole time we was shopping, there was a couple women employees that watched us like we was stealing ? Which we do not do! We spend alot there but won't be back to this location!

Since it’s run by the American’s the pricing is monopoly based and outrageous.
After 22 years of being a loyal customer I’m looking at more Canadian based companies and products.
The great sales and reps of the past are either gone or without support.
There online presence is a horrible experience.
Another Canadian company ruined by the greedy American culture. Ditto for Sally’s …
Not worth dealing with.
Hopefully we will have a nice non American company we can deal with shortly.

Horrible experience came by to grab…

Horrible experience came by to grab some wax, store hours clearly said 12 pm opening. The girl inside was behind the counter and just looked at me when I tried to walk in. It was 12:05 and the door was still locked. Needless to say she was obviously too busy to come unlock the door or acknowledge me standing outside so I just had to leave and take my money somewhere else. Oceanside Ca location

Disaster online ordering experience

Ordered 6 of the same shampoo online. Only received 2, and four were wrong. I messaged customer service and they gave me instructions through several different email threads, which was confusing. I was sent two or three different shipping labels, and didn't see another email that had some diamond I was supposed to put on the package that I didn't know about, because it was sent later and in another email. I sent them in, and never received a refund. I'm pretty much done with Cosmoprof and will take my money elsewhere.

I went to the Snellville Ga location…

I went to the Snellville Ga location today a little after 1:30. It was a sign on the door that said be back in 30 minutes. It was very inconvenient. I got out my car in the rain to see the sign on the door and door locked. I also saw an elderly lady get out her car in the rain and not be able to get in. This is bad business.

Excellent customer service!

I want to give a huge shout out to my Auburn NY Cosmoprof store #6677. I was experiencing some difficulty with my store app on my phone and sales associate Tara H. and store manager Linda went above and beyond to help me and take care of the issue. They were both kind, helpful and patient as they worked on the problem. We need more caring employees like these two who truly seem to enjoy their job AND their customers. You should be proud of them both!!!!

When they forgot to include an item in…

When they forgot to include an item in my online order, instead of sending it and making it right, they charged ME $15 to ship the item individually, as if it’s my fault they don’t have their crap together at the warehouse! My item didn’t even COST that much to ship, it was a single liter of developer, that without having it, the rest of my several hundred dollar order, was useless. And they refused to let me cancel the order and place it again with the item to skirt a $15 fee that didn’t belong to me.

Cosmoprof, you have zero accountability, and to take advantage of those even further that have been faithful to you, over something that cost $3 to ship and make right, and put it on the customer? Screw you. Hairdressers are talking, and I’m not the only one boycotting you going forward. I wasted an hour of my time with customer service explaining to them how to do their job, and use customer service skills instead of blame the customer and charge them. Your days are numbered if this is how you treat those who pay you out hundreds of dollars every month. Screw. You.

Especially as more of us become independent and you take from our families like that. Screw. You.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Ordered product with one day delivery. Received 13.5 oz bottles but paid for Liters. Also 37oz conditioning balm was not in the order. I sat on hold for 35 minutes for them to tell me a supervisor could not help me they were busy and that I would need to return the wrong size product to the closest store to me. Remember I paid for one day delivery. And they would put a replacement order in and I should expect it in 7 to 20 days. The best practice would have been for you to deliver the correct size product and pick up the return. Your mistake not mine If I wanted to have to go to one of your locations I would have done that in the first place. Great way to inconvenience your customers. There are plenty of other suppliers for licensed professionals to use I will take my business were I’m valued as a professional in the beauty industry.

Wrong hours of operation

This place in Kensington, Maryland doesn’t have accurate hours listed in Google. I had the experience of following the Google hours once like a year ago; and I wrote a review asking them to please change their hours on Google, so we don’t drive there thinking the place it’s open. Today, I checked Google and they had their closing hours listed at 6 pm, and since I had a bad experience before and didn’t trust, I’ve called their number, and their is an option for us to get their hours texted to us, and the text I got stated the store hours are from 8 to 6 pm. Not true, I was there at 4:34 and the lady counting the money totally ignored me when I was trying to tell her to please change their hour, so we don’t waste our time driving there for nothing!!!
Once again, please be considerate of our time. As a business owner, I know that it takes less than 5 minutes to change the information in google, and another couple of minutes to notify the Cosmoprof headquarters of your correct hours, so they don’t text us the wrong hours.

I received my bill late with a $60.00

I received my bill late with a $30.00 late fee. I immediately called them and asked if they would be willing to waive the late fee - the woman I spoke with assured me she would remove it. A month later - another late fee for the original late fee + $3 in interest. They "offered" to remove $15 of the $63 - obviously not acceptable!! I will NEVER use this card again (34.99% interest!!) I will bad mouth them every chance I get!!

store never mentioned that their products were exclusively for members or professional

A few months ago, I visited your CosmoProf store in Tacoma ( 2315 N. Pearl St #A-8 Tacoma, WA 98406) to buy a product. A very kind employee helped me find the color I needed, and I purchased the product along with other items. (At that time, the staff member in the store never mentioned that their products were exclusively for members or professional hairdressers; they simply sold them to me without any issue).

Today (Tuesday, July 16th) I returned to buy the products again, only to learn that it is sold exclusively to professional hairdressers. I was unaware of this policy and, therefore, couldn't make the purchase. The most confusing and embarrassing part is that the same person who sold me the product the first time was present today but claimed not to remember the sale. I understand there are many customers to serve, making it difficult to recall everyone, but I assume this lapse occurred because her manager was with her. The manager did not offer any solution and looked at me as if I were lying about my previous purchase.

What I don't understand is why the employee who assisted me the first time (the same who was there today) never informed me of this restriction.

Although this may not be the proper channel for filing a complaint, unfortunately, I cannot find another way because all other options are directed to members and professional hairdressers with an account. While this makes sense, it is important to offer an alternative for customers to express any suggestions or concerns, regardless of whether they are CosmoProf members or professional hairdressers.

My purpose with this message is to seek clarification on your processes and policies and to address concerns regarding the honesty of your sales staff. This experience makes me wonder if this is a recurring issue and if salespeople are acting independently of established guidelines.

I am attaching to this email proof of the purchase so you can ensure your employees communicate such policies clearly in the future. I understand that the attached proof of purchase is not the original receipt (since I no longer have it; the purchase was made in March), but I do have the transaction on my bank statement to allow you to check it in your system and start an investigation.

Went at the start of a : day sale to purchase one litre of shampoo ! They ,didn’t have the specific one I wanted asked the girl at the front for some help on the shampoo I wanted to purchase ,she said it’s out of stock sold out ,couldn’t promise me if or when it was coming in we’re very rude and unprofessional .worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of being privy to ,will never sho p at the century location as the ppl there are beyond pathetic af being helpful or polite as they are void of any shred of human decency or personal integrity .

Shipping

As a licensed cosmetologist I love Cosmoprof, however they are horrible with tracking and shipping. They don't keep track of the packages after they're sent to the carrier and always give the wrong delivery date, the actual delivery usually being about a week later. Other than that they handle the packages well, and everything is packaged safely.

If I could give a zero star I honestly would, I’m beyond frustrated and I’m not a big poster when it comes to unsatisfying bad reviews I just don’t patronize the business if that’s the case. However I am a salon small business colorist local owner and licensed professional who shops cosmoprof because of convenience they offer and they carry the professional product I have to have to serve my clients, they clearly offer same day delivery with a FEE and tip inclusive to have it delivered same day ON THEIR WEBSITE WHEN YOU ORDER, and that’s a complete lie unfortunately, ! It’s been twice this week once on the 20th and then Yesterday as I’m still currently waiting….that I have not yet received my products I paid tip and fee for both shipments for same day delivery option and yet to get?!! The one on the 20th didn’t show up until the next morning!! No phone call nothing! My salon is only open by appt only and therefore I have to have it delivered on the days I know myself or someone is there to meet for the delivery!! Being as why I intentionally pay extra and order for SAME DAY OPTION when someone is there to recieve it! Last week I had to drive an hour at 8am the day AFTER the delivery was paid for to come to the salon and meet a driver who finally decided she would show up to my salon door and of course we weren’t opened then?! ! That’s why I paid for the day before SAME DAY for it to come! Today I am STILL CURRENTLY WAITING as we speak to get my order from yesterday MORNING for a large order of products I needed for yesterday!! That I now don’t even have for today working memorial weekend fits ins!! No he has even filled it yet much less picked it up!! I’ve got no email or updates either time with any correspondence to let you know an update or that it is or isn’t coming as YOU PAID FOR? That’s horrible customer service- I’m livid at this point because I just spent 18 mins on hold just now with the store associate who is obviously needing new MANAGEMENT at this location because they snipped at me to hold please about my order because she was the only one working and she was to busy with customers in the store and then never came back to the phone?!!’ This is not acceptable!!! On any level! So i still don’t know why and when my order is coming and i have to call back sit on hold again and they’re only open 12-4 today Sunday,,,,, so. I have only 3
Hours now to see if my order can be taken out by today) shaking my head….knowing tomorrow is a holiday! I might as well waiting for regular shipping ups!!! If you offer same day deliver option ON YOHR WEBSITE then it isn’t the customers problems if you can’t honor that with whatever delivery service they are partnered with!!! I paid for it as the customer and they offer it on Their WEBSITE as an option and say nothing about it’s not their problem if a driver doesn’t come by and do the pickup??)) someones dropping the ball and there’s a huge disconnect somewhere…, it’s cost me appts this past week I couldn’t do without their product on the day I paid for it and time and tracking my boxes down, checking the site multiple times for it to be updated, sitting on hold last week and driving to the salon on my day off!!! I’m done with it. I’ll be Calling cooperate Tuesday and it’s memorial weekend now so I probably won’t see my order now until Tuesday!! Do not give this business your money and expect decent service as a professional stylist smh -I i understand times are tougher and people don’t want to work, and it’s a hard to get help, but stop offering a service you can’t honor!! That’s not right. I’ve spent extra for the convenience of the same day I never even got and I had to move ladies appts-costing my income,
