I was billed twice when I was told…
I was billed twice when I was told there would be only one charge. I was told that the psychic would give me a reading and I was not given a proper reading rather the time was wasted with questions being asked and no proper answer given. Besides I had to strain to hear her speak - Very disappointed
Update 25th March. I did get a call from the billing department and the person I spoke with was very understanding and explained to me why my statement showed 2 billings - it was bcos they had made 2 attempts to put the payment through and the first one did not go through as the wrong postal code was input (which I was aware of at the time) and they have clarified that I was billed only once - so it was my error in assuming the double billing as I was upset and frustrated and only looked at the 2 pending charges not realizing that one of them was the payment that did not go through.
