Beware their website says free shipping but tried to charge me $35 to ship a kettle. I’ve been trying to purchase for a while now. Customer service has been non existent the past week. They said I had to be a new customer and have an order over $20 for free shipping. Both is true for me. No response to help.

Cosori state that if you wish to return an item within 30 days they will provide an RMA number and return postage label by email
This is NOT true they will REFUSE to pay return shipping and you have to pay for return
You then have to jump through hoops to send it back
NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEIN ANY WAY

The order was incomplete. I ordered a airfryer and it didnt contain the main component i.e. the airfryer basket. its was such a disappointment. I paided the shipping and everything and receive incomplete order. if i return it i will have to pay the shipiing again and i am not sure if i will receive my money back.

After being unsuccessful with Cosori, even though they say no risk guarantee, I had to go through PayPal to get my money returned and still had to pay return shipping. I had to provide tracking number to an address in Wyoming. UPS said it was not a valid address…turns out they had given wrong zip code.
So, the no risk guarantee has cost me a lot of time and trouble and $16 to return the wrong item that Cosori shipped!

No clue where is my package, to track order they force you to use external app instead providing tracking number. I’ve installed it and in app there was no information about my order as well - recommend to work on that part.
Overall shop experience is good experience, website is clear and easy to go through. No complains to website part.

Cosori Premium 5.8 Quart air fryer CP358-AF
Love this machine, but the very poor design of the basket, 2 small screws fail as the plastic housing that holds them disintegrates. Cosori did send a replacement basket but it too has failed within a few months.
Will NOT buy another Cosori and cannot recommend.

I have Dual blaze cosori and it was a couple of months outside of warranty and started to make a strange noise. Emailed customer service who said sound slime fan and offered as a one off goodwill to replace even though out of warranty. Was asked to show evidence cut lead and then emailed to say replacement sent. We have used customer service couple of times to do with the internal tray and each time been amazing and to replace outside of warranty you cannot ask for more. I will stick to cosori moving forward as apart from an Excellent airfryer customer service outstanding.

Called Cosori customer service about a CS100-AO bought in 2022 and registered. A fan motor is screeching badly on start up. The CS rep informed me the unit was out of warranty. I acknowledged that and asked for some technical resource to be able to identify the fan by part number and replace it. She told me Cosori has no such information available, so without replacing the part the CS100-AO will be junk when the fan fails. I am really surprised and disappointed at the lack of customer support for what should be a relatively easy solution.
I had a Cosori teakettle that I liked very much and used every day. After about a year it stopped working. Although I had used it hundreds of times, I saw it had a 2 year warranty so I contacted the company. The customer service was excellent and today I received a replacement.
Absolutely fantastic customer service - great comms and great help on a missing part for my air fryer. seriously amazing. Thanks to Anita and the team at Cosori.

Within hours I was offered a replacement on receipt of a picture of the plug cut off from the flex, which I did and 20 minutes later got an email confirming a replacement had been ordered and was on it's way. Brilliant customer service, would highly recommend.

I ordered a red smart watch. The box has a red dot on one end, the watch is purple. 24 hours and no response from the company.
Bought an air fryer caught on fire found out there was a recall call the number to register asked for pictures. I sent the pictures but because it was melted they wanted a receipt and because it was almost 2 years I didn’t have the receipt they make it so difficult to go through the process, so that people just give up
