Problems
The hat arrived in good time. I was glad to have the tracking function so I could see where it was.
The hat itself is more like a pirate's hat and not the Napoleonic bicorne hat I was expecting. Also, it was squashed in a bag and will be hard to return it to its original shape.

Never received our product...no refund
Never received our product...no refund. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Zelda costume for our puppy to match my son's Link costume for Halloween. Our 8 year old son was thrilled to find the same costume for our puppy as trick-or-treat as a pair. Unfortunately, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's have come and gone and no costume. Not to mention, if it did happen to arrive, or great dane puppy is now 100 lbs and wouldn't fit into the costume. Disappointed kid and disappointed mama.

Unprompted review
Horrible packaging
Horrible packaging, silky item sent balled up. Will need to be sent to a dry cleaner to remove all the wrinkles. Due to the many layers this is quite expensive. I would expect this from companies like AliExpress (where you pay less) not a company that is online and charges more. We will not order again from this company.

No Instructions in the package.
We received the package for both the costumes, all in timely fashion. The materials, not the best but for cosplay and halloween purposes, it is good. However there is only one problem: Since the costumes we bought are not a one-piece type, they come in many parts, layers and pieces, there is no instructions (or photos) in the package to show us how to put them on and as a result, we went through some unnecessary messes, confusions and stress.

Good Quality
The Cosplay fit well, was very comfortable.
The only thing I found a problem with was the type of belt they had given was to small and would fit around my waist.
Even for a large cosplay.
